C. E. (.I took my fiancé into the store to get inspiration for her wedding ring. We were greeted by Vicky and she showed us a variety of rings. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in great detail. She was super friendly and really easy to talk to. My fiancé fell in love with a ring that day and Vicky went out of her way to contact other branches to get hold of the specific ring in the correct size as there was only 1 available in the country that could be sized to my fiancé's finger. The whole process was stress-free and I would happily buy from there again.

I eventually got a ring, a diamond and tanzanite ring on strawberry gold. Its lovely, and the staff were lovely too, especially the lady helping us, I'm sorry I've forgotten her name but we had 1st appt of the day and she had long dark hair.

P. M.Quick, professional service. Covid restrictions clearly applied. I required a ring resized and my watch required a battery which meant a return to the manufacturer. Both items were dealt with effectively. In particular, the watch issue required a detailed admin process. I was very pleased with the way my two requirements were handled. I have since collected both items on separate occasions and found present the high level of customer service on each occasion.

They phoned me a couple of days later to say it had arrived.
The service we received from Vicky and the rest of the staff was100% I was so impressed I also bought my wife a chocolate diamond ring which was also a brilliant buy and excellent value for money.
