Fantastic Jewelers, we got our wedding rings made to order here and the service was fantastic. I go back regularly to get my rings cleaned and polished and they are always quick and they look as good as the day we got married. Would highly recommend

I had a ring in mind that I wanted made. Safe to say, Tom went above and beyond to make this ring special it’s even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. And pictures don’t give it justification at all. Black and white diamonds with a rose gold band. Thank you so much. The lady I seen today when I picked the ring up talked me through insurance and made sure I was happy with the ring. Fabulous customer service all round highly recommended.

Excellent jewellers! Had a sapphire ring in for resize which turned into a mystery as the metal was unknown and couldn't be resized. This was a gift ftom an Aunt who bought it many years ago in the far East. It was completely redesigned and set in white gold. Fantastic! So beautiful my Aunt said it is better than the original. Thank you! Love my new ring!!

I visited Old Eldon Jewellers in search of a gift for a 60th birthday. Tom listened to my ideas and ended up producing the most gorgeous necklace, which my stepmother absolutely loved! Went in last year to pick out an engagement ring with my partner. I had a rough idea of the sort of design I would like and was shown some beautiful gems by Jackie and Tom. Once we decided on an aquamarine stone and diamond set, we were shown a custom mockup design of the ring on the computer. Since that first visit, we have been back to order wedding rings, gifts and jewellery for my bridesmaid's. Everytime they have absolutely fantastic- really quick turnaround and so professional. We've felt like we were chatting with old friends! We cannot recommend this place more highly.

After my wife past away earlier this year I wanted our wedding bands linked together and engraved, obviously huge sentimental value attached to these as this year would have been our 25th anniversary. I initially went to the jewellers we bought them from, and after much debate they stated they wouldn’t be able to do this as the processes involved were to complex and they wouldn’t be able to guarantee the work. They did however recommend Old Eldon Jewellers, whom I entrusted our rings to after they said the work would not be a problem, and I am so glad I did. Perfect result. In all aspects of advice and service the staff have been professional and helpful. Currently they are making a pair of opal and diamond earrings for us to match the opal ring. Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff (we’ve dealt with Tom a lot), our first port of call for jewellery. Surprised to see a couple of negative reviews as we have been treated with utmost professionalism since becoming regular customers approximately 8-10 years ago.

After having my first engagement ring resized and totally ruined elsewhere I took my second ring here and they did a fantastic job. My mam also had a diamond necklace made for her 50th here, and after she took her necklace home and was unhappy with the colour of the diamond , they were lovely and let her have another diamond instead and set it for her at no extra cost. She was so relieved and now loves her necklace! Getting my wedding bands from here and can't wait to see them.

Innovative, custom jewellery but the finish can be a bit rough. I got some custom cufflinks made up by Eldon Jewellers. The design was what I asked for but the finish was not very consistent. I took them back to see if they could improve them, but it didn't really make any difference. They weren't cheap and they were a special gift, so it was rather disappointing.

It was with massive trepidation that I took mums engagement ring and wedding ring to be made into one ring..No other jeweller would do it as they said the engagement ring was too thin. I got it yesterday and was gobsmacked - it was awesome!!!!..I cried when I saw it..this jewellers has turned something very precious into something I can now wear which is even more precious and totally beautiful...I cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them enough..it was a brave thing to do and I even cried when I left the rings with them!!
