We would not go anywhere else now for jewellery. Lauren especially is exceptional. You know you are getting a personal touch when the staff remember your name when you call in whether or not you are purchasing an item

I couldn't get the item I required at Mappin & Webb's website so I booked an Appointment in the Newcastle store and I'm so glad I did, I initially was contacted by telephone by a very pleasant girl called Lauren and when I arrived at Reid & Sons I was welcomed by Angel who dealt with my appointment, Angel was absolutely brilliant, very courteous, helpful and professional. I'm sure she is an asset to Reid & Sons and my visit there couldn't have gone any better, hopefully my Wife will love the item I choose for her and the next time I'm looking for any Jewellery Reid & Sons will be my first stop.
