I've used Martin for a number of purchases for over a year now, from a few 1oz silver coins, up to a 1kg bar. He is highly professional and diligent. I would recommend his business to anyone in the UK, not just from the great range of silver, but also as his delivery record with me is outstanding, as well as free-of-charge at the time of writing.

I have no financial connection or friendship or family and have neveet him. I rarely give reviews or any input on websites but feel I need to regarding Martin and his trade name Silver Trader. Early in my interest in silver buying. I once sent Martin an electronic text at around 3 am, to my amazement Martin replied within 10, minutes. I soon became aware that this sort of correspondence is not a lucky event, I could go on and on. Anyway, I perceive this customer priority amazing, especially in the environment wev live in. He is so genuine, so I ask. If a product is not top quality which trader then rubbishes his stock up front. It is this and his shear honesty up front that is greatly appreciated and value. Additionaly, most other sites give you a price, then add VAT and premium so once at the checkout do you realize that VAT has to be applied along with a premium applied, basically it's click bait. So the price you see on all of Martin's stock is the price you pay, less if you pay by electronic means and even less in paying in accordance with direct debite. His pricing are at least what you'll pay, you won't see any with hidden charges. To cut it short to 2 words or slightly more is "simply amazing".as trust Martin is a

This is a slightly unusual review where I haven’t actually been a Silver Trader customer. Essentially I approached Martin with a query about a coin collection left by my late father. This prompted a wonderful series of responses from Martin who could not be more helpful in providing advice and guidance as to the next steps I might take. Martin is the kindest man, has the best prices and the best customer service of any bullion dealer in The UK. I have been a customer for about 2 years now, not one single time has there ever been any issue whatsoever with any order or his conduct, in fact, his customer service is outstanding. There are full confirmations for every step of the order, from receipt of payment to order processing and finally delivery. He dispatches next day following order, extremely fast and packaging is overkill, bubble wrapped, inside a bubble mailer and then inside a second bubble mailer or box. His prices are amazing, his packaging is amazing, his quality control is amazing and always transparent and his attitude and customer service are outstanding not only relative to others in the bullion business but relative to any and all business owners. Martin is a credit to the silver community and a thoroughly excellent human as displayed by his polite nature, business attitude and customer service excellence. Pay no attention to 1 star reviews written by Karens @Larah D If you jump on a hype band waggon and start buying silver with no experience then complain about milk-spotting which is going to happen to most 999 silver, especially if it's Royal Mint silver which is notorious for terribly spotting due to their manufacturing practices then you have no place leaving 1 star reviews for the best bullion dealer in The UK. You don't understand silver and you are not part of the community.

We have been a customer since starting to collect in 2013. Initially on ebay and then directly through the silvertrader website. We have bought scores of coins and avoid buying elsewhere where possible. We have never had any quality control issues, understanding that coins are scrutinised closely, with any failing to make the grade sold at a discount for the stackers who are more concerned with cost relative to spot. Some mints are more reliable in their production than others and you should research before chosing a coin to ensure the probabilities of receiving a coin that maintains its appearance is in your favour.
