Leaving this review on behalf of my brother, sold my Rolex watch to watch trader and couldn’t be happier with the easy smooth transaction from beginning to finish. John was very helpful in arranging the appointment, closing the deal and making the payment to me. Due to the fact that the deal was done on the weekend (Saturday) there was a delay in payment however the money was sent to me on the day and time John said he would sent it. I can wholeheartedly say Watchtrader and Co is 100% trustworthy company and I will definitely be returning in the near future to purchase my watch from them. Purchased a gold Rolex, this will be my second purchase albeit the first time I visited the shop. Watch was great, service what i would consider poor. Unfriendly, didn’t feel welcomed, never even had a bag to put watch in…was put in a shopping plastic bag…disappointed but get the same vibe from most jewellers these days.

I bought a watch from them. The transaction was quite seamless. They were almost a little too laid back, I was a little worried that the transaction was too easy and the watch wouldn’t actually be there. I needn’t have worried they were good for their word and the watch was better condition than they described.

Aftersales - Rolex Repair. I called the shop after I damaged my Watch looking for advice really, the Team advised they carry out service and repair and after discussion what had happened I felt instantly at ease and reassured repair was possible for a like new finish. I dropped the watch in and I was impressed with the shop itself, the lads seemed very busy doing deals but still had a few minutes for general chat. I received a call from Hendo after inspection to discuss what the repair involves including costs and further reassurance that my watch was in safe hands. You can tell he is passionate about his job and watches themselves! I received the watch today, Hendo personally delivered it to my work as he was passing and we spent a bit of time chatting! Great guy! The repair itself I am astonished! Fantastic thank you. The cost is a fraction of what Rolex would charge and his attention to detail certainly shows! Highly recommend, thank you again.
