O. K.I had an excellent experience having a necklace repaired at the jewellery repair workshop recently. I dropped off the item and showed the damage, the staff were attentive, helpful and listened to my concerns. The necklace was ready to collect on the date I was originally told, and was perfectly repaired. Prices are very reasonable, the staff here run a wonderful service I highly recommend them for jewellery repairs.
Z. H.I'm thrilled! I had two pairs of favourite earrings. One I really didn't think could be fixed (a piece had snapped off) and one I thought would be difficult. Both were fixed within a week and given a general service (stick posts straightened, loose butterfly backs replaced etc) and polish and I'm just so thrilled.
