j. o.I cannot recommend beaverbrooks & this store in particular highly enough! Not only are their items stunning but the customer service from all of the staff is simply fantastic! Special mention of Danielle and Kelly in particular- these ladies are so professional yet so warm and friendly, they really do care not only about you and finding the right item for you but genuinely have interest in the story behind the jewellery etc. They have seen me through many a birthday present, my engagement and wedding rings and have truly helped make my gifts and occasions so special. Kelly bent over backwards when I explained I needed to get the new watch over to Spain discreetly for my wife’s 40th! With the boxing, disguising and ideas!. I will continue to get any jewellery needs from this store, it’s always such an incredible experience when visiting and buying from here- thank you to the whole team who work so hard and aren’t all about a sell. You guys have it spot on- thank you and will likely see you again soon! :) Jenna

L.I booked an appointment at the Norwich store for today so that I could have the experience of looking at a selection of diamond rings, as this was going to be an important and meaningful purchase for me and I wanted to physically see the rings instead of just "guessing" online, as it would have been an expensive guess. I was met with a friendly smile from Vivian, who made the entire experience a really positive, friendly and helpful one for me. She helped me narrow down my choices and find the perfect fit and style for me. I felt like a friend rather than just another customer and that's such a lovely feeling when you walk into a store. The other girls in there were also very friendly and chatty which just made the experience for me. Thankyou so much for your help Vivian and I can't wait to pop back in and pick up my purchase!x

W.Popped into the Norwich store at the weekend with the intention of purchasing an item for my partner, this was an item of jewellery that I haven't purchased before so I was a little out of my depth initially, after walking in looking a little confused I was met with a warm greeting from the staff in the store who offered to attend to my needs in a swift and efficient manner. I was sat in a comfortable waiting area whilst items were brought to me to view which added to the comfortable store atmosphere.
My experience in the store was relaxed and I wasn't rushed at any time despite my indecisiveness in relation to the item I was selecting. After a consultation period I made a purchase that I was incredibly happy with. I found the overall experience fantastic and would highly recommend Beaverbrooks. I will certainly be visiting again in the future.
I was served by Vivian who has some truly phenomenal customer service skills, this actually isn't my first experience with Beaverbrooks in Norwich, back in 2018 I purchased an expensive watch from this store and funnily enough I was again served by Vivian who I found to be incredibly polite and professional throughout my experience, she really takes time to listen to the needs of customers and has a very warm welcoming approach. Both Vivian and Beaverbrooks should be incredibly proud with their customer service skills and I am truly thankful for their help.

J.My wife bought me a Tag watch for my birthday and it was faulty from the start. We took it back to the shop and they said they would need to send it away and it could be up to 12 weeks. As they saw we were not overly happy with this they replaced it with a brand new one on the spot. Great customer service. Thank you.
L. D.We cannot get enough of the Norwich squad! Bought an engagement ring in this store from Hayley- what a lady! She was funny, friendly and made us feel like queens from the start. She was excellent at helping us decide, any hesitations and she was like “nope, it’s not the ring” and she was right, when we found the one we just knew! A year later and we went back to get wedding rings, we already knew that we liked the range they had and the experience we had of buying the engagement ring added to this. We met with Vivian for our wedding rings who again made us feel super loved. She listened to our thoughts and showed us examples they had, got us a quote and even let me be a pain and change my mind in the end. Every time we go the whole team are fantastic; everyone in the store at some point has spoken to us, they are such a pleasant group! Big bunch of game of thrones fans too, I spoiled this by saying I didn’t watch it, I think it silenced the store hahaha! Thank you so much ladies, we essentially go in there for life chats now!
L. S.A smaller conveniently located in chapelfield mall a high class jeweller offering good quality brands. I have only ever used them once recently and my experience was excellent. I had ordered some extra links for my watch and they added them whilst I waited. Even offered a coffee whilst I waited. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that my watch now sat on my wrist comfortably.
