Upon opening it I was so pleased at the balance of the wording in relation to the size of the piece. It's a memorial plaque for a garden bench for my husband...and it's sitting there now in the garden he loved so much.
The quality is great and a lovely way to think of my dear late husband. Thank you for your care and attention to detail... it is splendid!

I'm always dubious ordering online but on this occasion I needn't have been. I did call them to make sure that I had written capital letters for the engraving and customer service has been very good.

S. P.I bought 2 engraved glasses. Having used 1 glass for the first time it was washed by hand and the top sheared off. Having contacted this company I was told that the water was either too hot or too cold and they were unable to issue a replacement.
Having now spoken with Dartington Glass they say it is a fault in manufacturing and I will be issued with a replacement. So apparently not a fault of Engrave it Now but it was my persistence that got this resolution. I await the replacement.
I am pleased to say that I have now received a replacement engraved glass free of charge.
