My husband and I went into the Norwich store on 3rd July to replace our wedding rings for our 25th wedding anniversary. The lady that served us was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for. We decided on our rings which cost us £1800. Today 10th July, we went in to collect them, the woman that served us seemed to be a bit off with us. She bought the rings out and put them into 2 very basic ring boxes and didn't even ask if we wanted a bag. For what we paid I would of expected better. We were going to buy a diamond necklace from there but decided to take our custom elsewhere.

A warm welcome on a dull Wednesday not long before closing time. Easy transaction with pleasant, knowledgeable staff. All social distancing measures in place and working well. Good selection of brands with offers available across several of them. Very pleased with my Skagen purchase.

Staff at Hinds were very helpful in ordering a ring that was not in stock. When I went into the store to try it the ring was on the tight side so another size was ordered. The ring was a wishbone shape filigree yellow gold which I had been looking for to sit with another shaped ring I own. The service was very quick and efficient and within a week of my first visit to the store the correct size ring had been purchased. Thank you for a brilliant service and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I found my shopping experience in F. Hinds slightly puzzling. I had ordered online and chose click and collect. I arrived at the shop today at around mid morning and approached the assistant and said I had come to collect my order. This was done with no hello and welcome to the shop, only a look at the order number and then a short wait whilst the assistant went off and collected my order. On return I was shown what I had ordered and then the payment processed all without any kind of customer care to acknowledge my using them over any other jeweller. As a shop assistant myself I was left wondering how much that assistant really wanted to be there. The shop itself is a treasure trove of lovely gift opportunities with quite a few good offers. However the lack of atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable so I left. I am very pleased with what I bought online though.

Great products and staff as a whole very friendly and helpful however communication let's them down as didn't get calls promised and when they lost an item they had no idea until we tried to collect it. Perhaps a greater tracking system is required. New item was sourced however it wasn't posted straight out as promised, we had to chase to get it posted which did leave us feeling let down. We will continue to use Hinds however as the products are of a high standard, just some internal training for staff and systems overhauls would bring them up to 5 stars again. I don't believe anyone misled us or did anything on purpose. Nothing at all maliscious they just need that little bit of extra coaching in customer service.

The customer service I recieved was excellent, I ordered a ring by phone to be sent to the Norwich store and the lady on the phone was excellent. Went to collect it today and it's perfect. So I'm now wearing my engagement ring with pride. Many thanks.

They Were Good Staff People There and Was Very Helpful When I Got My Watch Battery Repaired There With a New Battery For My Watch as I Couldn't Get The Old Battery Out of My Watch What Has Stopped Working So They Replaced a New Battery For My Watch To Get It Working I Payed For a Lifetime Battery Replacement So When The Battery Has Stopped Working again I Can Go Back There again To Get another New One Putted into The Watch For Free and Don't Have To Pay Nothing Next Time I Would Recommend It To a Friend or Anyone about This Jewellery F.Hinds Place Shop

Went to the store in castle mall Norwich to buy a couple of small items, was served by a lovely young lady, who was quite chatty, and even recognised me from last year, makes all the difference if you get somebody who talks to you and tells you about the items you are buying, she was a real credit to your company and won’t hesitate to use this store again
