Went in on my lunch hour, served by Kyle he was very professional and friendly. Was able to drop it off, grab some food and head back and it was ready. Very fast and great service, good price too. Was very scratched and well worn when i brought it in, but has sentimental value and now looks better than it has for years. So happy with it; i was even offered a free coffee in the cafe while i waited (didn't take them up on this this time but such a nice little added touch). Highly recommend this place for all your watch & jewellery related needs.

Took a Citizen bracelet watch I bought on ebay for it to be re-sized (as it was far too big for my wrist) "no problem" came the reply. Went back after 20 minutes and found it still too big, so he took out another link there & then, perfect ! - the two men working there were very obliging and the price was very fair as well - Highly recommended !

Wish I had taken my watch here sooner! I have a Michael Kors watch which has been missing some stones around the edges& I was quoted £60 for each stone at Goldsmiths to have them repaired. Not sure who repaired it, only know it was a young girl, but the watch literally now looks brand new! Only went in for a battery change (as Goldsmiths were going to charge me £40!), and the girl who repaired it quoted me £36 to change the battery, place three new stones, and clean the watch. I am so so happy I took my watch there. It now looks so shiny and as if I have just bought it. They even put the right time and date on for me which is so confusing to figure out how to do! So so pleased!
