Dear Sir/Madam, I pray this finds you well. I just wanted to send this letter of praise for Mitch at your store in Nottingham city Center. Mitch is just amazing! We walked in the store for the first time and he explained the concept and style of the company in less than 10 seconds. We understood how everything is customizable through his very simple and friendly way of explaining things by first letting us choose what we want from the shopping window then expanding things the moment we sat down. Mitch was lovely. He helped us try several rings, searched for models with us and provided recommendations, looked at links and got us the price, weight, model number/name and any other details we wanted for a smooth home order when we were ready. He had a smile on the whole time and he discussed everything with us from lab diamonds to fashion to how each ring gave a certain impression. He was just great! We look forward to returning just so we can have the pleasure of his company before placing our order. And we’d love to do so then do it online at home. I wanted to buy a ring for my partner and I got drawn by the look of this shop. Really elegant, clean and layback at the same time. I've been welcomed by Natasha and she's been super friendly and very helpful on find the right ring for my partner. All the staff is really knowledgeable and welcoming, they offered me a coffe and we ended up talking for ages about my partner (felt like having a chat with some friends!) A great experince!
