Excellent service from Doreen in the Nottingham store. She was very knowledgeable about the various pros and cons of the watch brands, was great at suggesting alternative watch ideas and brought out a watch matching what I was looking for. She offered options for warranties based on my prior experience with a damaged watch and also a pleasant person to be served by. Thank you. I recommend this shop with great selection of brands.

Great service from the Nottingham/Vic Centre staff. I bought a ring off the Internet which ended up being the wrong size and the staff there went above and beyond to get a replacement sorted, just in time for our engagement party. Came across Chisolm Hunter randomly when looking at jewellery to purchase as a gift. Was a bit reluctant to order from an unknown retailer initially. 5 Star customer service every time I have been here. Have had dealings with most of the staff members here for various items purchased over time and all the staff have shown high levels of customer service. Have purchased my wife's wedding ring from here, which always receives compliments. Most recently the store manager Gina helped me pick out a new watch and beat competitors prices. Genuinely confused about why there are some 1 star reviews as my experience has only been positive! The customer service is always great and my fiance and I have a beautiful engagement ring and wedding rings. Only suggestion is for people to do their own independent research on what metals wear and tear and which ones don't, as some things may not be this shops fault but just a result of the type of metal you bought.

I cannot say enough about the service my partner and I received at the intu Nottingham store today. I ordered a RADO Hyperchrome watch a few weeks ago and picked it up today. Upon entering the store the staff remembered us and offered a drink and seat immediately. The store manager, Gina was very friendly, as were her colleagues. Went in today for my engagement ring and due to my finger size I knew it would be difficult but this was the only place that was nice about it and did everything possible without making me feel werid about it. Super friendly and full of information. Did everything to get the ring I wanted and got the most beautiful ring which is being sent off to be made for my finger, unfortunately I can't remember there name I was so wrapped up with all there rings will going there for my wedding rings!
