I visited with my daughter and mother to buy a bracelet and some charms for my daughter. I was served by Elicia who was very warm, engaging and offered lots of helpful advice. She was able to suggest charms, knowing we had a budget and and we left feeling that we received outstanding customer service. I hope the store realise that Elicia is a great ambassador for their brand. She gauges your requirements very quickly and leaves you feeling that you've been listened to. Thank you

I've visited this store twice within the last two weeks and got served by Lorna the first time and Hibah the second time. Both ladies were absolutely lovely and a credit to the store! They were so patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful so I couldn't have asked for anything more. They both took time to show me a range of different charms and answered all my questions which I really appreciated as I'm quite indecisive when purchasing goods! Lorna and Hibah both put a smile on my face and made my day - I walked out of the store a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you and I'll definitely be making another visit.

Nice place for gifts, staff always friendly and willing to help, only downside is the wait in the queue over xmas period , store needs more staff, as this is quite annoying when u have limited time and prefer to view your items than buy them online etc,

Located on the ground floor in Victoria centre. I had a gift voucher to spend so treated myself. Staff were very helpful showing me a selection of rings to fit my fingers. Beautifully laid out store with lots of shiny pieces of jewellery to tempt everyone I'm every budget.

Went in today with my daughter's who wanted to buy me a bangle. I was served buy a lovely, friendly and helpful assistant called Freya. She found the right size bangle for me and helped me to choose 2 charms, 1 of them free, to go with it. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A nice shopping experience

The staff were lovely in this store, very helpful as I chose my new bracelet and charms. They advised me and showed me how to change the charms around and how to put on the safety chain so I wouldn't lose any charms. A lovely experience.

My daughter took a broken bracelet into the Nottingham Branch. It had literally fallen off her wrist. She showed them photos of the receipts I’d sent her by photo as I’m not in Nottingham. Without any fuss they exchanged it. Outstanding customer service & happy daughter.

I visited Pandora today, (I think the girl who looked after me was called Natalia) I was very disappointed with my two recent purchases in which one stone had fallen out of each ring and I had only got them about a week ago and have never had this problem before. I was worried as I only kept the receipt for one of the two rings. However the ring I didn't have a receipt for was quite new so obvious I'd purchased not long ago and it was so expensive.. Natalia happily changed both rings for me and gave me a new receipt and email receipt. Both Natalia and her supervisor were very helpful, kind, quick, and made no fuss. Really happy with the amazing service I received from the girls. And I will be back very soon for the new range!

Thank you so much for the most wonderful customer service. My leather bracelet had broken and it was bought as a 40th birthday present 2 years ago. I brought it into the shop to enquire about repairs (no receipt) and the lady, explaining it was good will, exchanged the bracelet for a brand new one.
