N. J.Pleased to write a review regarding the outstanding customer service I received today.
The expertise, knowledge and the courtesy extended to me were absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasant experience all around, and I left the shop feeling that I had made the correct choice. I must say that I had been in the shop a week ago and the customer service experience fell far short of today's experience. Knowledge of pieces was lacking, and expertise seemed to be non-existent. I'm happy I made the decision to go back on the off chance I would be served by someone else on the shop staff.

C. B.My fiance and I visted the Peterbrough store in Queensgate this afternoon and were greeted by a gentleman named Samuel. From the moment we spoke with Samuel to thw moment we left the store we were absolutely blown away by the level of customer service. It was first class. We likened it to the service we had received in the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh this summer.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and we were not made to feel at all pressured into a ourchase.
Well done and what a complete credit rhis man os to your store.
P. S.The staff were excellent. Friendly and professional from the moment we entered the shop. Although I was with my wife, we were served individually and bought two watches and two gold rings along with another ring being altered.
Joseph price matched a watch and Hannah made recommendations for my wife's rings.
In all a very pleasurable experience and great prices.

A.Friendly and helpful staff.
There was hand sanitiser at the entrance and on the counter which was good. The staff member who greeted me was wearing a mask so I felt necessary precautions had been taken.
I would question what use the screens inside were though as there was a big gap in between them!
M. B.The sales advisor was very helpful, friendly and went out of her way to find a chain I was looking for. Looking back at a previous transaction she was able to see that it would be cheaper for me to purchase the same necklace than buy a chain to replace the broken one. It was good to see that the customer wishes co e first before the value of the sale.
