Visited the Peterborough store on 2 occasions recently looking for a watch. I was served by Sophie on both visits who couldn't have done more to make the experience a memorable one. The first visit I spent about an hour (I wanted to be sure as it would be a gift from my wife) discussing the best option for me, but as they didn't have the right watch in store she ordered two for me to view which arrived on Wednesday. Went back today and I spent another hour with her deciding between them. Finally made my choice and I'm very happy with the purchase. Sophie was very professional, friendly and helpful - a credit to Fraser Hart and to herself. Thanks for the advice and amazing service Sophie, I'll definitely be coming back should I need anything else. An easy 5 stars!

Today we were in Peterborough Queensgate shopping centre admiring the Tudor watches in the window My husband loves his own collection of watches and likes to look at them when out and about in shop windows Sam one of your sales assistants came out of the store to speak with us A lovely young man who was able to give us some good information regarding the collection in the window. Sams knowledge was incredible and he was well spoken as he was animated discussing the topic with us. Lovely to meet him and a great asset to your company Most impressed _________________

We have recently been to Fraser Hart Peterborough Queensgate to purchase our engagement ring. We were served my Sam who has absolutely fantastic. We had been to 2 other jewellers before going to Fraser Hart and their service and knowledge outshone any other store by a mile! Sam was honestly unbelievable with his amount of knowledge. He was passionate, enthusiastic, funny and just an all round brilliant person to be serviced by. He made it all feel exciting and was so patient with us and our endless questions. After buying the engagement ring, we had a slight issue as there was a dent in the band which I noticed a few days after purchase. I let Sam know and he offered to order us a new ring and invite us back into the store to show us in detail the new ring and ensured we were happy with it. Because of the way they dealt with our complaint, it resulted in us buying both our wedding rings on the same day and I would not hesitate in returning to Sam and Fraser Hart for any future purchases. As a manager of a travel agents that is fully service driven - I appreciate when you find someone who is so brilliant at their job and is clearly passionate about what they are selling. I would LOVE it if you could nominate Sam for some kind of employee recognition and share this on your internal feedback socials, as he deserves all the limelight!
