I would like to say a massive thank you to Wendy for her speedy and professional service in repairing two sets of earrings for me recently. In particular I want to mention that Wendy made an alteration to one set of earrings that had literally been gathering dust for years because they were uncomfortable to wear. I now wear them every day and it means so much to me as they were a gift from my husband and I constantly felt bad for not wearing them – but not any more thanks to Wendy. I have also been very impressed with the personal service from Wendy as she was able to pick up and drop off from my place of work which was so convenient for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending and referring Wendy for any jewellery repairs or commissions.

Dear Wendy, Thank you ever so much for designing and creating Zoes charm for her Pandora bracelet recently! My wife Zoe wanted a little charm for her bracelet to mark the birth of our son. After looking on the Pandora website however she was less than impressed with what they had to offer. Knowing just what Wendy was capable of, I gave her some idea of what Zoe wanted and let her run with it. As always Wendy was a pleasure to deal with. The turnaround time from design to collection was very short and hassle free and all at a reasonable cost. Zoe now has her own bespoke charm on her bracelet to go with the others and was very pleased with the quality of Wendy's work once again! I would like to thank you for the fantastic jewellery which you designed, made, and boxed up for me, as a present to my girlfriend for Christmas. The whole process was very professional from start to finish. The initial conversation was for me to give a little detail about who the gift was for, what sort of ideas I had, and what I did not want! Wendy then gave me a couple of potential pricing brackets and then after my choosing she showed me some amazing visual representations to choose from. I was immediately drawn to one of the images and I let Wendy know my choice which she then set about making. The resulting dragonfly stylized bracelet was beautifully made with care, thought and passion. Which all comes through in the jewellery. All made in quicker time than suggested and I was so pleased with the result, which looked just like the visuals. Thank you again Wendy for your creativity and professionalism. I am certain I will be in touch for another individual piece of jewellery in the future. For these reasons I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you for bespoke jewellery or any of the other services which you offer.

Wendy Booth Oakland Jewellery 25th March 2020 Dear Wendy I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful work you have carried out for me recently. My late grandmother’s bangle, which I wear every day, had worn thin and to my horror snapped just recently and I didn’t know if it could be mended as it is very old. However, after having a one to one with you and leaving this in your capable hands, I now have this precious piece of jewellery back on my arm, duly repaired, stronger and looking better than ever. You were so patient and kind explaining the options I had with regard to this bangle along with other pieces of jewellery which lay broken and unloved at home. In fact I had taken a necklace which my husband bought for me, to other jewellers as it had snapped but due to the delicate nature of its frame, I was told by them it was too delicate to repair as they would need to use heat on it. However, again, you thought outside the box and presented some ideas for its repair and I am wearing it again with pride. To say I am over the moon with what you have done for me is an understatement and when you came into my office to deliver the items to me, I was so impressed I told my Secretary what a great job you had done and she duly gave you pieces of her own jewellery there and then to look at.
