a. p.This shop can really vary on shopping experience, I was waiting to be served and waited to the side so I was looking up the prices of the Disney pandora range online while waiting to turn around to find out that I the only person in store after two customers being served then as a customer leaves to another woman to be served straight away after I had been waiting ten to fifteen mins, so I decided to leave and order else we're instead very disappointed

T.today i felt sick to my stomach. i wear my pandora braceletts everyday 24/7 regardless. i was using bleach from aldi and got it on them. the charms and braceletts starting turning dark grey black and tarnished. i quickly washed them and call the pandora store in queensgate. a lovely lady said can i get it to the store. they are all really helpfull kind and so brilliant at thier jobs. we asked for the lady on the phone she came straight away took the bracletts and took our details it took a good couple of hours but i almost cryed scared to pieces thinking i had ruined them but when i came back they where beautiful and i could tell how much effort and care they had put in to sort them out. for the care and effort they should be getting praise i hope the head office sees how brilliant they are. thank you so much mrs sam and alan taylor xxx
