My engagement ring was slightly too big for me so I needed to get it resized - I initially went to another jeweller in town who made a big fuss and said they have to reset the stones and it would cost a lot of money. Went to Carl Moore and they were brilliant! They resized it within a few days at a very reasonable cost and it's perfect! Metal is seamless and they shined it up so it looks brand new. Professional jeweller, no fuss, quality service - would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Took my white gold to be rhodium plated. Same day service. Wish I'd taken before and after photos. This is now my go to jewellers. They do repairs and can make bespoke pieces. Great 'old fashioned' service. If only all places were like this.
