B. P.My mum and I popped in last Saturday and treated ourselves each to a watch. The level of service from Susan and Lou was exemplary. They made us both feel like a million dollars, it was a fun and happy morning and I can’t thank them enough for their service, help and lovely company. Keep up the fabulous work ladies and we will see you again soon!
S. N.We visited the store today to ask if they were able to offer a service to untangle a chain. The lady(think she was called Dionne) advised that although they didn't offer this service it could be sent away but offered to give it a go herself and would contact us to let us know if she was successful. Within an hour of leaving the chain with her she called to say she had untangled it. To offer to help when officially they didn't do the service, is going above and beyond. And to add to it we weren't charged a penny. So impressed with the service. Well done Dionne, you made a girl very happy today :)
C. H.I popped into the store during my lunchtime after being told by my husband to get a new wedding ring. I was helped by Lou and Susan who could not have been more helpful. I described what sort of ring I was looking for and they both went out of their way to find samples and even suggested alternatives. They were very friendly and professional with no sales pressure at all - which makes a refreshing change. I have been a customer there before and will certainly be again in the future. I cannot wait until my new arrives so that I can take another look around the store. Well done ladies, you made my day .

You could immediately tell that she loved her job from the way she chose a variety of different styled rings for me to try, to then finding the perfect one for me. After a bad experience with a well known jewellers, Susan made everything stress free and overall a fantastic experience.
M. M.My partner and I visited this store today and were served by Simon. The customer service we received from him was unparalleled. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We will definitely visit again in the near future to purchase items from Simon. The whole process was enjoyable and we received great advice. I have found that in many jewellery stores, the service can be pushy and rushed. However, this was far from the case with Simon who offered us a wonderful service. We also received helpful advice from the store supervisor. I can not recommend this store enough.

We have had the best experience in buying jewellery and watches for years, all the staff are lovely, special mention to Karen who has always been our go to person and Gemma who also helped me choose a nice watch for my mum today.

B.I went into the store and bought a lovely secrid wallet for me. the lady on the store Demelza gave us all the details and showed us a vegan version which was even better as our son is vegan so we bought it for his xmas present. Demelza was super freindly and helpful and we walked out with 2 wallets rather than one but we were really pleased with the quality of the service and Demelzas knowledge of the product line. would definitely recommend Fraser Hart and shop there again. S.Dropped into to the store today to treat myself to a new watch, particularly wanted an Omega, but was most dissapointed to find that Omega have very short straps on their watches, and it wouldn't fit .. But never fear, the extremely resourceful, courteous, patient and pleasant Gemma, came up with a solution for me, and sorted everything out .. We could not have wished for better service from any shop or staff member anywhere. What was becoming a dissapointing shopping trip (not the stores fault, but Omega's) was turned into a totally fantastic happy occasion I was looking forward to when I set out this morning. Thank you Fraser Hart, and especially thank you Gemma.. Shame I couldn't have a cup of coffee, but thats COVID rules...
P. J.Good service should not be confined to when purchasing but also when there is a problem with that purchase. Having returned to the store with a mark on my Tag heuer watch bought for me by my daughter the manager went above and beyond to ensure we left the store happy, which we did. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be buying from them again.
D. S.I bought my fiance a beautiful engagement ring two years ago, unfortunately, the diamond kept falling out. To this day I don't know how we found it.
Not only did they say they would repair it, but they gave my partner the option to choose another ring. She fell in love with another but it was a bit more than I initially payed. They waved the additional cost and let her take home the most beautiful ring - amazing customer service 😁😁
