M. P.I have been a customer at the Plymouth branch for a few years now, and the store is absolutely outstanding! The staff are incredible, especially Tom, who I regularly deal with. He is so friendly and fun every single time my wife and I see him!
The whole team is professional but also so welcoming, with their customer service being at a top standard. I have been to many Rolex boutiques, but not a single one is at the level that we have here in Plymouth.
Ever since the store moved to the stunning new location closer to drake circus, I cannot help myself but to pop in and browse on a regular basis!
A huge well done to everyone the Plymouth branch! I don’t want to miss anyone out, but I also have to say what a great job David and Austin do in there 👏🏼
L. S.We bought our engagement ring, and subsequently our wedding rings from Michael Spiers in Plymouth. So naturally, when it came time to purchase an eternity ring, we got in contact with them again. they were incredibly helpful from the start, and pulled out all of the stops to get our ring to us as soon as humanly possible. the ring arrived safe and sound, in discreet packaging so my wife wouldn't suspect anything, and the packaging inside was lovely.

h.I have just received my Tissot watch that i bought online - I am so pleased with it! It was beautifully (and safely) wrapped and had a lovely hand written note from Jessica. I ideally wanted to visit my nearest Michael Spiers shop (Exeter), and see the watch, but crazy traffic and time available prevented that. However, the online experience went very well - only one hitch when i typed in the wrong tracking number which told me the watch had been delivered when it hadn't. I spoke to a nice woman in Truro who took my details and said Jessica in Plymouth who deals with online sales would ring me back. She did a short while later by which time i realised my mistake When i explained, Jessica was very understanding (and probably relieved!) and we had a bit of chuckle about my mistake. Thank you Jessica (and team) for great online service.

No high pressure sales pitch here, just a genuine desire to make the customer happy. The glass (or two) of Champagne was a nice touch as indeed was the bottle to compliment the actual purchase. D. D.I recently visited the Plymouth Showroom to inquire about repairing my Mont Blanc pen.
I was greeted and assisted by Austin, a true gentleman who has vast knowledge of the Mont Blanc product and assured me that my pen could be repaired by Mont Blanc, Switzerland.
Following completion of the repair paperwork, I was given a guided tour of the Plymouth opulent showroom which displays some of the finest jewellery and watches I have seen in the South West. I was very impressed, especially with the magnificent display of Patek Philippe and Rolex watches.
I can definitely recommend this specialist jeweller. Service was 5 star.
