Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. Purchased a signet ring that was an imprint of a ring already in my family and the results were stunning, beautifully weighted and the likeness between the designs was identical. Other companies could not promise service in less than six weeks and the overall quality of the rings was much lower. Pravins promised to complete the job in just over two weeks and passed with flying colours. Particular mention goes toward Francesca who patiently went through all our options and very honestly explained the pricing and timeframe we were to expect, as well as being a very friendly and shining representative of the company. Jared also made us feel very welcome and executed the handover of the rings professionally and reassuringly. Overall, Pravins offers a high end boutique experience from a family chain jewellers, I could not recommend them highly enough and will be my first port of call for future purchases.

Today we picked up our wedding rings that we ordered in September, and they are as perfect as the service we received from start to finish. After being told by several other jewellers to “just look online,” the customer care in Pravins was a welcome surprise! We were served by Jared who spent a good hour and a half with us, essentially designing our wedding rings from scratch. Throughout the process Jared and all the other staff were so attentive and professional with us, and we really felt like they wanted to make us 100% happy. The rings are beyond gorgeous, and we are so pleased we were able to make them our absolute own with the help of Jared’s expertise. We were kept up to date with the manufacturing process, and received a wonderfully honest message from Jared saying that he was sorry he would not able to be in when we collected them, but would love us to come back in the future to show them to him. Today we went in to the shop and welcomed by Jared. From the moment we walked in until the moment we decided we would like to buy, we have been treated so respectfully. If anyone told me what ideal customer service is, today I got my answer. Jared was so warm, patient and addressed all our concerns. We didn't know what wedding rings we would like to buy and Jared gave us so many options and addressed our budget to give us the wedding ring we wanted. Also the team were really friendly and nice. We have had a fantastic experience with Pravins over the last couple of years, buying our engagement and bridal jewellery from the team. We were recommended Pravins from close friends, who have both been visiting Pravins for their jewellery for years. My fiancee first visited Pravins when interested in buying an engagement ring. He had some ideas but wanted some advice and guidance to inform the purchase. The staff were phenomenally kind, patient and knowledgable, talking him through the options and spending time understanding his taste and supporting the process. He visited a few times and they showed the same enthusiasm and support throughout. We visited together for the first time for a re-size and to view wedding rings and bridal jewellery, shortly after getting engaged. The team were very excited for us, champagne was drunk and we were made to feel really special. Again, the whole team (Bradley and Rebecca in particular in your Reading store!) were very friendly and welcoming. I pop back frequently to get the ring cleaned whenever I'm visiting, and am always made to feel like a friend stopping by. We have since purchased our wedding rings and bridal jewellery, as well as some other bits and pieces. Rebecca and her team are welcoming and lovely people, and Pravins is a lovely place to spend time. The jewellery itself is all stunning and we have been so pleased with the quality, the care, the service and after-service received. We will certainly continue to buy with Pravins going forward and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for stunning jewellery and fantastic service.

I first bought my wedding band from Pravins back in 2013 & it has held up beautifully. Due to significant weight loss my finger has now gone down from an N to a J & as my original wedding band is a full eternity it can not be resized So for our 5 year wedding anniversary we went back to Pravins to repurchase my ring. From the initial contact I made with head office to getting the ring in my size to first going into the store I have been exceptionally pleased with the service. Catie served us & she has been amazing with me when I’ve been a complete nightmare stressing myself out over whether J was the correct size & helping me with upgrading the diamonds I have to say I got in a real flap because of course the ring can not be resized & I found that trying on different J size rings in store they all felt different. I did become quite stressed about it to the point I felt really embarrassed but everyone I dealt with was fantastic & even though I think now I must have looked so silly with how stressed I got no one made me feel uncomfortable. In fact Pravins suggested I wear the plain band for a couple of weeks before the diamonds were set so that I could be absolutely sure & they could resize for me if necessary I picked up my new wedding ring on Saturday and it is beautiful. The diamonds are exceptional & I know my diamonds & am very fussy! I’ve seen a lot of rings in high st jewellers where the diamonds really aren’t that sparkly, the ones in my ring are amazing & I’m just as thrilled as I was first time round One thing that I think sets Pravins apart from other jewellers is the layout of their store. Rather than standing by a counter trying on rings while people push past you trying to look in the display, Pravins take their customers to a lovely seated area where you can try on as much as you like without being rushed. They also offer drinks The staff are the other area where they shine. They are much more attentive, not at all pushy & they do really take the time to listen to you. It really does make the difference & we will be back to replace my eternity ring. Thank you Pravins & especially Catie for always keeping a smile on her face & being friendly & enthusiastic while I had a nervous breakdown over quarter of a size!!

I recently bought an engagement ring from Pravins in Reading and I couldn't thank them enough! The service there was incredible, I had an idea of what my partner wanted and my good pal Blake sorted us right out. The ring we found which happened to be be the one I ended up buying was incredible and my partner absolutely loved it. Our experience with the Pravins store and Kamila in particular needs to be mentioned, in case anyone else is deciding where to go for their ring buying experience. The customer service from Kamila was second to none, from the start she made me feel at ease and the whole ring selection process a pleasure. With her help, I was able to design a bespoke ring exactly how I wanted, and the end result was better than expected. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and it makes a difference when you are spending a considerable sum to have the best service possible. We have no doubt that we will continue to purchase other jewelry from that store and Kamila in particular in the future. She also kept in touch afterwards to make sure that everything was perfect with the ring and the fit, and emailed us valuation certificates for insurance, as well as offering to help sort the insurance out, she couldn't have done more! I happened to come across the Pravins branch in Reading by chance when I was visiting. What a wonderful find. They have absolutely stunning and unique designs. (Apparently only 1 other store in Croydon) My sister and I walked in to enquire about a piece I had seen in the window.. and I must admit I had a mixture of extremely good and extremely poor customer service at the same time. There was no other customer on the shop floor and the first sales assistant I made eye contact with seemed to completely ignore me and made no attempt to provide any service and in fact was bemused when a colleague approached us later and seemed to make remarks to other colleagues. She probably assumed that we would be a waste of time as we were dressed very casual. We may not have fit her profile of a serious customer and that made us feel very unwelcome. Kledja Hazizi however, approached me a few minutes later (once she had finished what she was doing behind the counter) and asked if she could help. Keldja provided an outstanding service and was a pleasure to chat to throughout my time in the store. It was because of Kledjas lovely customer service that I ended up purchasing from Pravins. Otherwise, I most probably would have left the store, never to return again to it. Thank you Kledja I absolutely love the earrings I bought and will be back in the future.😊

What a great experience! Buying an engagement ring is one of the most important purchases of a mans life. I had been looking for the right style and came across a beautiful Sapphire Engagement ring at Pravins in Reading. I emailed through the website and within a couple of hours I had received a reply from Bradley and arranged a viewing. Bradley’s knowledge of the piece and of jewellery in general was excellent. There was also never any pressure and the usual selling techniques you get from most places. Just great service and excellent communication! The bubbles were also a nice touch! The ring needed resizing and I was able to book a follow up appointment with Bradley. When we came in he was genuinely happy for us. We also got the ring back much sooner than expected. I now have the happiest fiancée! Thank you Bradley for the wonderful service and all the team at Pravins. I know we’ll be back again!

Amazing service!! We were in Pravins looking for wedding bands yesterday. Blake and Jodie were just fantastic! They went above and beyond to help us find the right one. They took the time and effort to measure properly and show us different styles. We were offered refreshments while we were choosing. Five star service from Start to Finish! We recently bought a gorgeous sapphire ring at the Reading branch that we had initially looked at back in February. We were met by sales assistant Claire whilst browsing in the window, she tempted us inside to try the ring on. We weren't ready to buy but Claire emailed us a picture and details of the ring in case we changed our minds. Excellent service all round. Not pushy, just friendly and professional. We revisited the store after lockdown to see Claire and was disappointed she had left as she was the reason we came back. Instead we were served by Aimee Allen, and I have to report this is one of the nicest, most personal shopping experience we've ever had. Aimee was helpful, friendly, enthusiastic without being pushy, happy to find out more details about the setting for us and a complete joy to deal with. In fact, the entire team were fabulous, so friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to see us so happy. She definitely made the whole experience so much nicer.

Yesterday we collected my wife's eternity ring from Pravins in Reading , having now used this boutique for engagement , both wedding rings and eternity rings and are delighted with the collection. There is a massive range to choose from , as well as the possibility of custom orders and the quality of the jewellery is unmatched by any mainstream jewellers. My daughter had a very bad experience with Pravins in Reading three years ago. She had fallen in love with a diamond ring worth £35,000 and her husband was going to put a deposit on it but due to the actions of the staff (at that time) they decided to go elsewhere. I live in Reading town centre and I’m therefore always in town but avoid Pravins. However, the other day I was shopping with a friend and we were looking in their window. An employee called Jodie came out and invited us in. I didn’t hesitate because she approached us in such a warm inviting way. We stayed for approximately 40 mins and had a great laugh with her. She has a lovely way about her. I’ve always been in sales so I do know how hard it can be not to come across as pushy. I’d definitely go back and Jodie would always get a sale from me. She’s a real credit to the company and took her time to choose things she knew we’d love after asking a few questions. I have to add that the other women on that day were very welcoming too.

While looking in the window, a lovely lady came out (very smiley and friendly!) and asked if we needed any help. We then found a beautiful ring and the lady instantly got it out and gestured to a table. We feel really glad that we had Pravins at such close proximity when we were looking to get engagement rings. It was the first jewellers we went to without having any idea of what we were actually wanting. I personally feel so lucky to have met and saw Kledja who was so patient and helpful throughout the process. She really is such a credit to Pravins. We went from seeing Kledja first then did decide to shop around. She was lovely and so accommodating, responding to our multiple emails promptly no matter how big or small even though we were not a customers of hers yet. It took us over 2 months to finally decide on THE RINGS and saw Kledja about 3 times. We really did get third time lucky. She made the process smooth by sorting out all the details even with the lockdown and the pressure of getting the rings ready by the deadline. I can not recommend her enough. We have always had great interaction with her, never feeling rushed or we will being a hassle. She radiates kindness, patience and is always courteous while being also personal, this is a natural skill not many people have. She doesn't know this but I have seen her interact with other customers while in the store and while passing by and she always is busy with customers with a smiley face, working hard; dare I say the hardest (no offense to anyone). My fiancé and I went to Reading Pravins to look for an engagement ring about a month ago. We had no idea what we were looking for, but Jodie sat us down and took the time to talk us through the various options. There was no pressure to buy and we were offered drinks and generally made to feel comfortable. Jodie was very attentive during our time at Pravins, and we didn’t feel rushed to do anything or make any decisions. It was a complete surprise to me, and it's not a situation that he would have been comfortable with, so it really says a lot about the service he received from Alina that managed to put him at ease! I was so delighted to be invited to attend the diamond class on Tuesday. Whilst I own some beautiful pieces from Pravins I really don't know much about diamonds but now feel well informed and better equipped to choose my jewellery. We went through the '4 C's' individually and Catie and Jodie (the dream team) did an excellent job of not only telling us but also showing us practically how to spot the differences, which can sometimes be minute. It was definitely a learning experience with no pressure at all to make a purchase or any subliminal selling techniques. Jodie and Catie made it a really relaxed, informative and fun experience. A wonderful place to spend your money; some truly excellent service from the whole team, lead by Annaliesa but with some truly first-class assistance from Katie who treated us like I feel she would with her closest family or friend. We purchased engagement and wedding rings from Pravins over 10 years ago and yet still very happy to provide service, cleaning and support for all jewellery. Ended up purchasing a beautiful eternity ring as well as having my band resized; was 110% happy with the whole experience. Attended Pravins Diamond Masterclass in Reading last night. The objective being to teach those present how to determine the quality of diamonds. The staff were very knowledgable, and the course was very laid back and easy to follow and understand. We were given a work book, which will come in great use for many years to come. I’ve bought a few items from Pravins over the past year or so, mainly Mont Blanc. I had historically only purchased MB direct from Harrods, but the staff at Pravins make the whole experience first class and so I now see there service as a higher standard than their Knightsbridge retail competitors. Furthermore, I have purchased Diamond Jewellery from Pravins. The knowledge and customer service was again first class. I have my eyes on a few other bits and pieces moving forward and feel that Pravins is now my “go-to” jewellers. What can I say to clearly explain just how amazing the wonderful staff in this Pravins branch have been. 10/10 5 Stars all the marks I came here to have a bespoke engagement ring made for my fiancée based on a design she had come up with several years ago. The design contained our birth stones and was an intricate crossing stones pattern. The wonderful stuff here at Pravins Reading were wonderfully accommodating and went above and beyond to find me the best quality stones price for the ring. They put so much effort in to ensure that my experience having a custom/bespoke ring made by them was of the highest quality possible. Offering me drinks, advice, updates etc. They called me even at what must have been inconvenient times for them. When the ring finally arrived (it took around 51/2 weeks to be made, valued, hallmarked and delivered to the store) it was everything and more than I had imagined and could have hoped. What a stunningly beautiful piece of work/craftsmanship it is. My Fiancée is over the moon with it and is exactly as she had always dreamed when I originally proposed. I would love to give special thanks to the following staff: Nickiey who helped me at basically every step of the way right up until the ring was delivered. Kamila who I met with originally and who sourced my beautiful stones and confirmed my original design with the designers. Mellisa who helped me keep calm through all of my crazy emails during the later end of the process. There really are no words to describe just how amazing these women are. We will definitely be coming back in the coming year to source our Wedding bands.

Originally came in to time waste, Melissa was very patient and took out a selection of items for closer inspection. She managed to convince me to consider earrings over 3x my original budget, great seller! She even polished up my rings when I was on the phone with my bank to check my finances. Fantastic service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Looks can be decieving! Given the upmarket layout one would think it's a really expensive outfit. However, I've found it far more reasonable than other high street jewelers. Also, additional services, such as ring cleaning and adjustments, are far cheaper than H Samuel! I really recommend.

Visited Pravins in Reading a couple of days ago. Just browsing beautiful items in window when Jodie came out and said we could go in and try on some pieces. The jewellery is absolutely amazing especially a bracelet that I need to save for! Jodie was friendly and professional.

It is a rare event when I go shopping as I almost always shop online these days, but looking for a birthday gift yesterday for my partner we found ourselves in Pravins jewellers in Reading (Sat 11th August). As we approached the store in the Oracle, Reading, we were met by Katie, one of the sales team there. She was outside the store inspecting the window display when she smiled at us and simply enchanted us into the shop with it. Her smile alone made me happy to be there and comfortable enough to know we were in a great place to find our gift & enjoy our shopping experience. Over the next half an hour, Katie displayed every one of the qualities required to make a customer feel completely relaxed whilst making a significant purchase; she was knowledgeable, engaging, totally competent and beautifully charming. I cannot say too many things about how wonderful she was with us. She really did seem to be interested in why we were there and to help us make the right choice of gift. We bought a lovely certified diamond necklace; Katie explained everything about it to us; she knew so much about this peice you'd have thought she actually made it herself! If only I had a dozen more "Katies", she could sell an Apple Mac to Bill Gates, sand to the Arabs and ice to an Eskimo (chipped from his own igloo) all in the same morning! What a great asset she is to this business. Well done Katie, next time I'm looking for jewellery, I know exactly where to come. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, Pravins have plenty of other beautiful jewellery there too. Sorry, Katie still has me mesmerised!
