S. M.Excellent quick service... when ever I have sent my watch away to Tag for a new battery it's generally away anything between 3 and 6 weeks !!! Take it to the watch lab and its done within couple of hours and no risk of watch being lost in the post as has happened in the past! Def recommend. Watch fully waterproofed. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great service

D. F.I had 3 watches that needed new batteries; a Gucci, a Rotary and a Raymond Weil. I had previously tried to have this work done elsewhere, but couldn't find anyone that I could trust. Martin Hallen at the Watch Lab at West Quay in Southampton was reassuring and professional, and all three watches were repaired and I was able to collect them the same day.
I was delighted with the service that I received. The total cost was £159.00 including a clean, which, while expensive, was worth paying to have 3 working watches again

E. H.Brought a DKNY watch to the West Quay branch in Southampton to have the battery replaced. Good, fast, and cheap service. Definitely cheaper and faster than the service that jewellery stores offer. The gentleman (I believe his name was Liam?) seemed to know his stuff.

Seems expensive but watch returned on time and unmarked and I am fastidious now all depends on a decent battery life but the service was second to none!
