The staff and the manager very helpful and polite. They are a credit to ernest jones! I had a few problems with a watch I purchased and it had a lot of sentimental value to my wife. She had been moaping for quite some time, as it needed repairs! I had explained the problems we've had and they asked no questions in this case but to replace it for me. I could not believe there kindness in this situation. It's brought the smile back to my wife's face, for sure! Happy wife happy life! Thanks again to all the staff at hanleys shop. 😊

Gary and I have yet again had a lovely experience talking to Jane the manager. She helped us no end in choosing the right weddings to match our engagement rings. Making sure on our size needed and comfy fit. Service is always with a smile and we come back everyone for birthday and Christmas gifts. Can't fault anything, excellent customer service and value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went in here to look at g shock watches. Good selection and the lady showing them was pretty knowledgeable especially in the more expensive and functionally rich models. Only problem is prices not the cheapest
