Fantastic Jewellers. some great products inside, but i Started using these after i took my partners Armani watch into another place to be repaired. (which after them keeping it for 2 months still hadn't done it so i got it back) Took it into Ian Stone's and they assessed it and advised the internals needed replacing and would be similar if not more than the original value. Loved that he was honest about the value but it was more sentimental value so it was repaired irrelevant of cost. The parts had to be ordered in so i think it took 3 or 4 weeks for the repair and was perfect when it came back. now just recently my partner caught her finger in the car door as it closed and it snapped her engagement ring. Took it into Ian Stones and its been cleaned and repaired in about a week. No damage is visible and the rest has even been cleaned up and looks as good as the day I bought it! highly recommended

Excellent service what a wonderful store to visit so friendly and courteous had to take 3 watches in to have new batteries Ian soon sorted them out for me all done taken another 3 in now as well wonderful service it's a shame a lot of other buisnesses are not like this one a few could do with taking a leaf out of there book good old fashioned customer service well done

A lovely local jewellers. The business has been going for years at a couple of locations in Longton. Ian himself is the most lovely and pleasant gentleman you could ever want to meet. Nothing is to much trouble for him and his prices are very reasonable.
