R.I needed a new watch battery and few links taken out. I thought I needed two links out but they took the time to check how it looked on my wrist. They recommended three, and now it fits perfectly! Took only two minutes to do the job and now my watch is ticking away nicely and not falling off my wrist. I liked the look of a new watch there too. I didn't buy it but I was able to try it on and wasn't pressured for the sale at all. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend!! :)
