Went to look for a at engagement ring at Hinds jewellers and had a very helpful girl assistant looking after me called Janella she couldn’t of done enough for me and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact all the staff were very nice and eager to answer all my queries. I shall definitely be going back to that store if I need to buy any gifts for my family and friends. I definitely recommend Hinds Jewellers and I’m very pleased with my purchase. What lovely staff😊

Exceptional customer service. Helped me to find the perfect engagement ring with no pressure. I had a problem with it 6 months later and they replaced the ring because it couldn't be fixed. The lady even remembered me 9 months on. 10/10.

From the minute I walked into the Swansea store I was welcomed by the lovely staff working there then went through all the clogau charms in store and in the brochure the one i fell in love with weren't in stock so the lady ordered one online and made sure I had the black Friday deal which was 15% off then the lady rang me when my item came into store Today again I was welcomed by your staff and went through all the warranty and recipts with me I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know Thanks Jodie x
