S. C.5 pieces purchased from Hold upon heart with my Nanny's fingerprint and handwriting on. 2 oval pendant necklaces, 1 heart pendant necklace, 1 pebble nugget pendant necklace and 1 keyring. All made with the same fingerprint, and slightly different handwriting to the recipient. Absolutely amazed with the finished product. I had a lump in my throat when opening it and a tear in my eye when I turned and saw her handwriting that I easily recognised. So thankful for these and will treasure mine. Will definitely recommend you to anyone! Even more impressed that although the estimated time would have taken it slightly past mother's day we received it in time, which was lovely to give my mum hers on that day so she had her mums fingerprint gift on the first mothers day without her mum here. S. H.Thank you so much for the perfect gift for Grandma's 70th birthday. We ordered the gold heart pendant and chain with our son's hand and footprint. His name and dob are engraved on the back. The pendant is such beautiful quality with a lovely weight to it. The prints are amazing despite us struggling to get good quality prints from our wriggly 8 month old. It looks incredible on the adjustable gold necklace. Grandma had tears in her eyes when she opened it and says she will cherish it forever. We paid for the priority service to try and get it before her big day. It arrived with 5 days to spare despite it saying on the website that gold items may not be able to be fast tracked. Communication was excellent throughout too. We can't say enough thank yous for this incredible gift

Good communication and the keyring came pretty quick considering items are individually made to order. Really happy with the finished product and would recommend.
