D. P.Fantastic service! We will definitely be buying our wedding bands from them in the near future. We think the product range is amazing but we especially like the customer service. They made a special effort to make our situation work by having the rings delivered to them so we could collect them as part of a romantic getaway, even sending us videos when the rings arrived. When we collected them they took us in, had a lovely chat with us and made the experience really special. Overall they have made the engagement experience for both my partner and I so easy and most importantly enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough for their help!
A. C.I would highly recommend Ethica Diamonds to anybody looking for stunning, high quality wedding bands and engagement rings. I was fortunate to receive the beautiful Althea engagement ring in July 2020 which was also wonderfully engraved. The quality of the ring is incredible and is so sparkly and pure and is also ethically produced which was a huge tick for us. The pictures don't do it justice! Covid made visiting the store in Cornwall impossible especially given that we live in Scotland and I know that Ethica were great to deal with remotely during this time.
As I loved my engagement ring so much we decided to get our wedding bands from Ethica Diamonds too. We were made to feel extremely welcome and enjoyed such a relaxing and calming ring shopping experience. The most difficult decision was having to choose from all the beautiful rings available! Olivia was fantastic and helped me narrow down my options and I am completely and utterly in love with my wedding band. My husband also chose a stunning, well weighted ring too and we both had matching engraving etched on the inside of the rings.
The staff are very responsive with emails and updated us regularly on delivery status of our rings and the service itself was prompt and on time. This was especially important as the earliest our rings would be ready was the day before our wedding! Everything went smoothly though and my husband and I are so grateful for the lovely experience we have had. Would recommend Ethica Diamonds to anyone looking for engagement and wedding rings!
C. C.My fiancee is still over the moon with her ethical and elegant engagement ring. I asked Olivia if the band and setting could be of different metals and my request was happily met. This was perfect as my fiancee loves mixing her silver and gold jewellery.
Purchased around May, the Ethica diamond is as radiant as ever, however, we have questioned whether the side stones have started to look a little less brilliant - bearing in mind the impacts that pear-cut and size has on this.
It is possible to find similar style of moissanite rings at slightly lower prices elsewhere but I'd like to believe in Ethicas diamond infusion. Plus, I can see the people behind this brand!
All in all, a wonderful purchase and if we ever get ourselves down to Cornwall we will be sure to visit the showroom and perhaps pick out something in person.

Having stumbled across them on Google, I was immediately impressed with how they appeared online, and the service I received from all communication was amazing. The visit to the store was also a really nice part of the buying process and everything was explained thoroughly throughout!
