J.Love Francis & wills staff are absolutely spot on, really friendly extremely helpful and they have an extensive troll bead collection as well as some really good watches.there customer service is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for there help in deciding what to buy my wife.i bought a lovely holten professional from Francis Willis and a bracelet for said watch and cannot thank the staff enough .they even made my little girl feel at home looking at all the sparkling jewelry and she's only 4 with sticky fingers but they made her feel at home .top notch jewelry with top notch services again a big thank you to all the staff .will definitely shop there again :)
