I took my husbands TAG watch to another jeweller who said it wld cost £600 to try and fix. When I visited Ian to have 2 rings resized I mentioned this and he assured me it could be fixed for a third of the price I was quoted. It was also rushed through as my husband is terminally ill. Ian and his staff were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with, nothing was to much bother and the customer service and phone calls keeping me informed were excellent. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Don't understand why the other reviews are so low, unless people just wanted a cheap fix. I had a custom engagement ring made through Ian Quartermaine, who were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Ring is fantastic quality, made exactly to my specifications and no shortcuts were taking in ensuring it was the perfect ring for my (now) fiancee! The team were flexible in terms of payment, and were always happy to discuss adjustments or tweaks to the design over the months. Would be happy to discuss wedding bands with the team nearer the time :)

I've used Ian Quartermaine Jewellers several times over the years and always had a lovely experience. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Going the extra mile and taking as much time as needed to help. Ruth even helped my husband choose my engagement ring (pictured) which is prefect. I worked closely with Stacey to design a wedding ring that would suit the unique setting of the engagement ring which was then made in house at a very reasonable cost for the product and service received.

I approached Ian Quartermaine Jewellers for a pair of bespoke emerald earrings, I was after a matching pair or deep green emeralds set in bezel gold studs. Nick dealt with me and was great, because I was unable to attend the shop he sent me pictures of stones and put together quotes for different quality stones and gold. The process was very quick it took about a week. I am extremely happy with how the earrings came out they are to a very high standard. Though my fiancé found the shaft of the earrings slightly too short, I contacted Nick and he had this extended quickly and at not extra extra cost. The whole experience was extremely good with friendly customer service.

Absolutely speechless… My ring, the whole experience and the service has been exceptional from start to finish! I was referred to Ian Quartermaine by a friend as I wanted to have a bespoke eternity ring created, using some very sentimental diamonds from rings that my husband had bought for me over the years back when we were boyfriend and girlfriend… Ruth has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and the knowledge and skill that this family business hold between them really is second to none! I couldn’t have been in safer hands having such a special piece of jewellery crafted by Ruth and her team… Truly amazing!
