My husband took me here for a surprise visit last month while we were visiting York to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I was able to choose the most beautiful eternity ring from a great selection they had available. I have used Bradley’s to purchase a stunning diamond wedding ring, mother of the bride necklace and to have my great grandmothers antique 1920’s cluster diamond ring refurbished and re-sized. I can honestly say that the quality of the jewellery and the service is exceptional. This was the only jewellers that I trusted with my great grandmothers ring and I have to say it nearly brought tears to my eyes seeing it all cleaned up, new diamond fitted and resized. The ring will make my wedding day even more special and I cannot thank Lisa and Shauna enough who went above and beyond in making this happen for us. Highly recommend this Jewellers to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. We loved that the assistant Melissa recognised us when we went back the next day - we’d been to a few jewellers while on holiday in York (twice!) and they were the only ones to remember us. It’s such a small thing but really made us feel valued. Melissa was really patient with us and we were able to WhatsApp questions and photos back and forth once we’d come home, to find the perfect ring. We went with an Eco Rocks one in the end, it’s really beautiful and came so nicely packaged, in a wonderful wooden ring box. They also sent a lovely branded travel jewellery box along with it. From all those special little touches to people like Melissa who are an asset to the team, I can’t recommend Bradley’s Jewellers highly enough.

How lucky we were to discover this wonderful jewellers in York whilst on holiday. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt welcomed and embraced by Saraah’s warm reception. We told her what we were looking for, Saarah showed us so many beautiful eternity rings. Such patience! The choice was vast. How to choose! Such quality and unique designs as well as traditional ones. We chose a very special ring, a one-off unique design of Saraah’s. Kay Bradley, the company director, personally had sourced the exquisite diamonds and Kay and her highly skilled team then created my stunning ring. I am so thrilled with it, I feel like it was made for me. Everyone notices and admires it. The workmanship is perfection. We left with a gift of champagne (a lovely touch) and a very special ring that I will treasure until my dying day. If you are looking to find that special piece, we would recommend you visit Kay and her team. You will be spoilt for choice. Plus they have the skill to design something specifically for you.

Myself and my fiancé visited Bradley's Jewellers when we were walking past after visiting the York Christmas Market. We were greeted by Sarah, who made us feel very welcome. I have been looking for a particular piece of jewellery for two years or more. Shona and Sarah were extremely helpful in showing me what was in stock and also what I could order. As soon as I walked into Bradley's jewellers of Petergate, which is a family run business, I was greeted by a lovely lade called Kelly who immediately started to look after me with a very friendly and caring manner. I was looking to purchase a ring for my daughters 30th Birthday. Although I couldn't find anything in their store, Kelly suggested they could make a ring to my specifications. Soon after, I received a photo of a stone, along with various shaped rings. I never received any pressure to buy at all, on the contrary, everything was done in a relaxed and friendly way. I was kept informed throughout the process. I am so pleased with the stunning and unique ring I ordered through Bradley's, as the whole experience was a joy. My daughter fell in love with the ring immediately. Thanks again Kelly and family for all your help.

Came up to York with the intention of buying an engagement ring from another jewellers... However, was blown away with how good Bradley's were. We visited this beautiful jewellers on a long weekend to York. We went in to look for wedding rings, and came out with exactly what we needed! Shona, the lady who helped us, was so knowledgeable and helpful. My engagement ring is set quite low but she picked out the perfect ring for me within minutes, my fiance also explained what he would like too and he also got his! We would definitely recommend this jewellers, as all the staff, not just Shona, were so friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to pick up my wedding ring 🥰 An update... I have just received my beautiful wedding ring via special delivery - a day earlier than expected. I rang yesterday to pay the remaining balance, and after ringing today to send my thanks, I was told that Sarah ran to the sorting office to get it sent out the same day. I am beyond grateful to the staff at Bradley's - Kelly, Melissa, Sarah and Shona - you have gone above and beyond! I would give 11/10 if I could, and I will be recommending Bradley's to everyone! Just received the ring in the post today, as it had to be resized and Bradley's after care even extended to a beautifully wrapped and packaged parcel. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bradley’s to anyone wanting jewellery of any type, style or budget. There is always a huge selection of items to suit whatever you want, many of them hand-designed by Kay (who is probably the nicest person you could wish to meet when spending vast amounts of money, as are all the staff in there!!). The service is incredibly personal, nothing is too much trouble, and they take all the time you need to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchases (I say purchases as you very rarely leave with just 1 thing!!). We often go in for a natter even if not buying anything, and there is always a friendly welcome with sweets and even mulled wine at Christmas-time! I don’t have enough good things to say about Bradley’s, I would never shop anywhere else for jewellery, the personal service that is missing from so many places these days really makes a massive difference, it is nice to feel like your purchase is genuinely appreciated!

Would 100% recommend this beautiful jewellers. My fiance and I spent a long weeked up in York a few months ago and I had set out to find my wedding ring whilst we were up there. We'd only been in York for about 40 minutes when we came across Bradley's and obviously went to look in the window! We spoke to Melissa who was very helpful and let me try on a few rings, before we went away with photos that she'd let me take. We came back a few days later before we drove home and purchased the first one I tried on and they even discounted it for me. I looked around a lot of jewellers in York but nothing compared to this ring - I've just received it in the post and it's even more beautiful than I remember and the fit is perfect. It was packaged beautifully and I can't wait to start wearing it! I always try to shop independently where I can and I love that this is family-run. Thanks ladies! Edit* I also upgraded my engagement ring with Bradley’s to a 1ct diamond platinum ring - I bought my wedding band in white gold and Kelly was more than happy to swap this over for me. I live about 6 hours away so we coordinated this by post and I couldn’t be happier :-)
