I have bought two watches from Fossil, I found the previous purchase to be a very good watch. But on this recent visit and purchase I have felt that I'd been misled about the full ability of the "smart" watch that I purchased. I had asked if it read heartbeat etc but it doesn't, I found that out at home eighty plus miles away from the store.

Really impressed with the service and selection in store. I was helped by a lady called Lynne who was informative but not pushy and was passionate about the quality of service she delivered. I do like fossil items, I bought a tapestry type bag from here a few years ago, it didn't last long at all as it frayed to practically nothing. I loved that bag too. But I dare say other bags in store are more servicable. I guess I was just unlucky, afterall it is an outlet store. I must've picked the wrong type of bag, but it was the colours I went for.

Decided to go to the designer outlet as needed some new walking trousers.Had a good wander around and called in to the Fossil store just for a look around as was curious as to what the watches were like. I found a few I liked but we then carried on shopping.We called back later and I narrowed my choice to 2 watches. I chose 1 of the 2 and then tried it on. The strap was too big so the lady assistant took a link out so it fitted.I also had it engraved (it's free!). The watch was on special offer (£129 down to £55). Good quality watch (with 2 year guarantee) for VERY reasonable price.I,ve only given 3 stars because you didn't offer to set the watch to the correct time.Otherwise very good customer service, attitude etc.Would call again in the future.
