As I entered the store on my quest to procure some fine jewellery, I was greeted by a bald man with welcoming eyes. He was very lovely and forthcoming, and looked as if he could easily bench press 100kg fr no cap. As I was making my purchase he told a joke and then I laughed heartily. Great store experience.

I had an itch that needed to be scratched and this itch was for some fresh jewellery. I was approached by a bald man who helped me scratch this itch as I was directed towards some quality products that met my expectations and more. I believe that Sam was the name of the individual in question and he was extremely professional in his demeanour and made me feel at home in the store. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received and the only way I could define it was, "mind- blowing."

Was visiting york from derbyshire. I didn't really know what I wanted, had the most fantastic assistant so helpful, had patience helping me and my friend who was buying a ring. Pandora shops everywhere ! Set standards by york city centre !

The counter lady was very nice and kind. My little granddaughter wanted a new charm, but wasn’t sure which one. The lady was very Patient with her and didn’t rush her at all. Neither did she try to get her, to purchase the most expensive charm. She was very happy with her buy and I would definitely go again.

Very busy shop, I find the lights to bright against everything white. The shop did not have my size in the 2 rings that I liked. The girl suggested getting another which I did not like. I told her at the beginning of the conservation What I did not like and what I was wanting. She was pushing for a sale. I came away and did not buy. I bought a ring and earrings from another shop. She lost a sale for trying to push me.

I visited this shop as I needed to get my bracelet repaired, as we are socially distancing we waited till we were asked to enter by the young man at his desk, we entered and waited which I thought in the que, when he had finished with the couple he had served he looked round, I actually thought it was us next as no one appeared to be waiting the couple at the back of us came in after but he was speaking to them, I politely reminded him we were waiting, to which he replied he was intending to serve two girls that were looking around not really in the que at all, however the young girl that did serve us was really polite, very helpful and found my bracelet for identification and sorted my problem even apologized as the counter was high for me to sign the form to send my bracelet away to be repaired, I'm in a wheelchair. But the young girl was very helpful and polite, the young man as I was leaving could see I was having problems getting out due to the table at the entrance my wheelchair wasn't going over the bottom on it, he couldn't even be bothered to help there either, obviously has a problem with disabled people, but young girls and boys he enjoys chatting up. Not the sort of person you need to employ, what happened to diversity??

Really helpful staff - As a bloke buying jewellery you're looking for that good balance between staff making themselves available to help but not bombarding you with impossible questions like "So what kind of jewellery does your wife of 28 years like?"

Typical Pandora, nice layout and clean store. The sales staff will try their best to upsell, one star deducted for this as I feel you are made to feel a bit cheap for only spending X - thought the idea of a charm bracelet is to build it up over time but they clearly are told to sell sell sell.
