Brilliant responsive support from Sally at Harmony at Home helped me find a wonderful nanny housekeeper who was just right for our two boisterous boys and quirky house. Trying to find a nanny who would help our children (and us!) settle into a new home, a new area and new school was daunting. I've recruited a nanny independently before but Sally took away all of the hassle and recommended good candidates, ready vetted plus advice on how to set up a good working relationship and the right contract. Sally's also helped me sort emergency childcare due to unforeseen circumstances at less than 24 hours notice, putting aside her weekend rest time to help me out with her contacts. I couldn't fault her responsiveness in a crisis!
