We are very pleased to have selected Toybox Day nursery for our son. As new parents, we were nervous about putting him in care, however our worries were soon put to rest! Tracy is an incredible manager, very warm, loving and fun. My son has really grown and developed under Tracy’s care, he has really thrived and developed in Toybox. The nursery is an outstanding centre of excellence .

Outstanding nursery. Providing brilliant care on virtually a one to one basis. My son came on so well having moved to Toybox from a less personal setting. My daughter is positively thriving here and being extended in her learning where the staff see her ability to do so. The staff care so much about the children, there is not a doubt in my mind that this is the best setting for my child to be educated and cared for within. I would recommend this nursery to anyone reluctant to leave their child, outgoing or anxious children or anyone seeking the best education and care for their child.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 10 months old and every day she has happily gone into the nursery with a smile on her face. Tracey and her team are truly amazing. When I pick her up every day she tells me enthusiastically what she has done that day. She is happy, safe, cared for like family and developing and hitting every milestone, as a working mother that is more than you could wish for. I would highly recommend this nursery.

What an amazing nursery !.I looked at all the nurseries in the Stechford/Yardley area and Toybox definitely stood out . I went for a show round and was greeted by an amazing nursery manager called Tracey. Tracey showed me the setting , the rooms were large, clean with an abundance of resources. Interactive white boards , iPads . Thoroughly clean , new carpets, painted walls etc. I asked if this was a new nursery and was informed that over the lockdown the owners have revamped the nursery by having a refurbishment . Staff are happy, welcoming the baby unit was big, clean beige carpets and they had mamas and papas sleep cots !. Clearly they understand quality and standards of running a day care setting. Tracey was not pushy and was open to any ideas and suggestions. and answered any queries I had . My daughter who is 18 months immediately fell in love with the setting. The outside area was big and what attracted me was that they had a very large car park in the rear as well as parking at the front. As I was being shown around the garden area I noticed that Toybox had it's own purpose built Forest School which included mud kitchens, Chicken hut and a bug area ! I was astounded as so much thought and care has gone into the design of this nursery. I was also informed hot meals prepared by an onsite chef are also provided. It's been 4 weeks since my daughter has been attending the nursery and all I can say is that the setting is amazing, outstanding staff and my child is definitely lucky !

My daughter has been in the Nursery for a year now. I was thinking of moving her. The Nursery has massively improved due to change in management. My daughter seems more interested in Nursery and seems to be doing a lot more. She talks more about what she has been doing. The change in the Nursery is what it needed someone who has passion for there Job and very caring. Any worries the staff are attentive. I feel good things to come. It definitely needed a change. Really happy I didn't move my daughter.

The new management have truly turned this nursery around. Tracey has been absolutely amazing. Everyone takes the time to understand your child and give a truly personal service. Previous management felt extremely confused and overwhelmed, glad that's all sorted now.

My Toddler comes here the staff are amazing unlike people who owe money and then make biased comments, doesn't give the place justice. I would recommend everyone to pop in and check for yourself, any good parent would!!!
