V. P.My little boy loved it! Fabulous place nice and cool inside not over busy and great for 4 year old. Was so clean the staff service was brilliant and cold coffee was really good. Had a brill afternoon.
J. O.We take our son pretty much every odd weekend and we all love it! Very secure once you're buzzed in, great soft play areas and the menu has alot to offer at a good price.
I think the music could however be turned down as sometimes you can't hear yourself speak! So with a newborn that's not ideal
D. R.It is so cool. My favourite part is the punching bags that makes nois. My little sister's favourite bit is the ball pit. YOU SHOULD GO THERE!!!
L. N.The music was very loud to the point where I felt I was shouting to my friend. The baby play area is great but unfortunately older children tend to play in there too at times.
C. B.Impressive place. Will probably come back. 2 sections. One for 4yrs and under which is substantial and one for 4yrs and over which is big enough with lots compressed in. There is cafe serving food. Had a slice of cake and a brew which was nice and coronation chicken (which was delicious) at lunch time plus child meal. Staff pleasant and helpful. It opens at 9 on Sundays which is a God send. No wifi sadly and children toilets a little grubby. Lots of area's where children cant be seen which I'm not keen on. Plenty of parking at play area. Security could be a lot better as you are not buzzed in and out, you can basically walk straight in through a couple of doors and your in the play area. Some thing I am not enthused by . It's just a high handle to prevent children opening it going out. got here at 9.15 Sunday morning and it was dead but by 10.30 it was bonkers.

Loved that it's not overcrowded, we booked tickets in advance and the place is very clean with table service.
R. D.Today Monkey Maze hosted our daughters 3rd birthday celebrations and what a fabulous time was had by all! Spotlessly clean venue, fantastic decor in our chosen theme and all set up ready for us on arrival. All I had to provide was the cake. Due to our children having multiple allergies, we can often feel anxious and overwhelmed when it comes to eating out, but today this wasn't the case. The staff have a good knowledge of allergens and have great procedures in place and they even had 'safe food' alternatives. Thank you to all the staff for a great day, we are extremely greatful. See you again soon!
M. C.My granddaughter had her birthday party here yesterday. It was a super time lovely touches everyone loved the ticket booth, a great selection of food, party bags handed out by Maisiy Monkey. As usual the play area was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and always happy to help.
F. R.We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here today. I really felt I had to write a review straight away. I can’t thank you all enough for an amazing party. I was contacted prior to the party to check for any allergies, to confirm numbers and the ladies even explained what was in the party bags the kids would receive. Everybody was so friendly and always asking if there was anything else they could get us throughout. The food, the staff, the play gym itself and eating area were all fantastic. My daughter even got a little birthday present from them at the end of the party! 🥰 I wouldn’t hesitate to book another party here. Maisie the monkey was a big hit and all the kids had a fab time. Thank you to all the staff today for making Fearne’s birthday party so special! Xx
