I first began my career at Sweet Peas as a part time team member, working hours to help balance my work-home life. In the almost 5 years I have been there Sweet Peas have helped me grow within my own career and I am now Suite Leader. Sweet Peas have continuously offer support with various different type of training from either management themselves or a professional coming into setting to our own free online access to courses! The suites are set up with everything you need throughout the day and Team Members are warm and welcoming. Even with the large suites the children are settled and most importantly happy! The team work really well together to share responsibility and create an exciting, stimulating environment for all. A great place to work!

I’ve been working at Sweetpeas now since March 2022 and it’s been a great place to work. Both staff and management are all very friendly, approachable, caring and will help you resolve any problems you have quickly. The children love coming in and are always sure of a great day at nursery with plenty of activities and a big outdoor play area they can go out in for all weathers. Lots of training and help is always there if needed too. Would highly recommend.

I started working at sweetpeas in August after been on maternity leave. It is such a nice place to work all staff and management are so lovely they made me feel so welcome . You can see how much they care and love their work. I have my baby here too he is in the baby suit he has settled so well and really enjoys coming , these past few months I can see a really big change in him he's learning new things everyday and that's partly down to the ladies at sweetpeas thank you you are all amazing!

I have worked at Sweet peas for four years in October. Very warming and friendly environment inwhich is created by the lovely staff. This makes the setting an exciting and warming environment for the children to be in too. Lots of fun activities set out for children to do too. Staff are welcomed and there is always chances to do courses and training which are supported by the management team who are always welcoming. Good support mechanism are the management team.

I have been working at Sweet Peas for 4years. I started as an apprentice within the Baby Suite,where i was supported and guided through my practise with the children and coursework. I felt part of the team straight away! Throughout this time my confidence has only developed allowing me to further my knowledge and be offered Baby Suite acting senior. My daughter has been attending Sweet Peas for around 6 months - the staff are lovely and she obviously really loves them as goes willingly into their arms in the morning. They do loads of great activities and I get to see what she has been up to through the online portal. Would highly recommend.

Since my daughter started here she has come on leaps and bounds. Her Social Skills have got so much better. As an only child she did seem to have an issue with sharing and getting along other children but since the staff here have been working with her she is absolutely great now and she has established lots of little friendships.
