Both of my sons attend this nursery and I can't recommend highly enough. The nursery building is lovely and while the garden is a little small they have access to the rugby fields which more than makes up for it. All of the staff are very nice and genuinely care for the children in the nursery. In particular the carers in baby room make the transition to starting nursery as easy as possible for new joiners and the staff in big stars (pre-school) are doing an excellent job in making sure that the children are ready to start in reception.
To answer the previous poster's comment on the use of mobile phones - in the last four years I have never seen a member of staff on the phone - ever.

My son is really happy to go to the nursery in the morning. We made the development review with the Health Visitor yesterday, and she was really pleased by the linguistic exercises my son does with the teachers. I think kids' development and well being really matter in this nursery. The garden is lovely, with a quiet and green view on a sport center; all the spaces are designed for kids, it is always tidy and clean. The diet is well balanced with a twist of exotic flavor sometimes.

Our daughter started her about 6 weeks ago, aged 12 months. We think it’s wonderful, the staff are caring, compassionate and genuinely seem interested. The view across the fields is lovely and a rarity in the area. Can’t recommend the nursery highly enough.

As the manager of the nursery and someone that has worked here for more than 14years I can assure you that this is not the case. We have a strict mobile phone policy and adhere to all safeguarding guidelines to ensure that the children in our care are in a safe environment. We use IPads which are used to carry out observations on the children and link them in to the curriculum that we follow . This allows staff to monitor and track children's development so that we can make sure we are setting targets and next steps that are appropriate for each child's individual stage of development. My daughter also attends the nursery and has done since she was 3 months old and I can ensure you as a mum that being in an environment like this has given her the best possible start to her education and has helped her in being the child that she is today. We have been a successful running business for over 30 years and I am sure that this in it's self will speak volumes. We have recommendations to families from last of past and present families and will always pride ourselves on giving the best care that we can offer and are always happy for visits to our site. Having a waiting list and no spaces available until 2018 will also tell you a little something about us.
Rant over!!!!! We look forward to continuing to thrive and help provide the best starting point in education that we can

My daughter is going to this nursery and I am quite pleased. The food is diverse and the staff seems to do a good job.

Just wondering if the tablet/phone use you saw would be the children's monitoring software as phones are not allowed in the nursery?
