I loved my experience at little elms. Not only were the staff lovely and very professional and helpful throughout my whole enrolment process, they were also very warm and welcoming to my child. I have recently read their very glowing OFSTED report and I can say this truly reflects all the hard work and dedication the team put into our children and making sure they are learning and developing at nursery! My child loved coming home and telling me about all of the activities they done while at nursery and had a very good bond with their key worker and all the lovely ladies who worked in the room. I could not recommend this nursery enough! Thanks so much for making me feel very comfortable and confident in leaving my child within your setting!!!

Little Elms offers a brilliant learning space for children to thrive in which is supplemented by the support of fantastic staff throughout the various rooms. Our daughter loves attending and the learning gains she has made in the 2.5 years are exceptional. Outside space for all rooms is great and offers good variety of fun and educational related activities. Food is nutritious, interesting and again, offers good diversity in terms of what's on offer. Big shout out to Tony, Shamion and the other members of the management team for guiding the nursery through the pandemic. Communications throughout have been clear, concise and they've been transparent in their COVID-19 planning and measures since the start.

Our child recently moved to the Little Elms in Lee as the previous nursery wasn’t able to offer us the full 30 free hours scheme. We were worried about moving him but the team at Little Elms are great and he settled in really well. The outdoor space is great and they also occasionally take the children on outings. The nursery offer a lot of extra activities; photo sessions, French lesions, tennis, parents afternoon tea etc so a real variety. We’re very happy!

We cannot speak highly enough of Little Elms Lee, it is a fantastic nursery. We have 2 boys there and they are wonderfully looked after. The facilities themselves are great, especially the outdoor space and computing in older classes. However, the staff are by far and away the biggest selling point. They are clearly so invested in the children and take as much pleasure from seeing them grow up as we do. I would not hesitate to recommend this as the best nursery in the area.

We couldn’t be happier with Little Elms. Our daughter joined 8 months ago and she loves it. She settled in very quickly and runs in without looking back. The quality of the care and attention she receives has been fantastic, she has made lots of friends and has really bonded with both her key worker and other staff in her room. The management team, Tony and Shamion, are also incredibly helpful and friendly and have run the nursery really well despite all the challenges COVID has posed.

My daughter has been at Little Elms (Lee) since she was three months old and she is very happy there. The nursery is extremely welcoming and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her days at nursery and she runs into her room to play with her friends and key worker (who is fabulous), without even a wave goodbye! I feel confident and happy that she is left in a safe and nurturing environment. The nursery also provides great outdoor space for the children to play and you get to see lots of photos and videos of your little one enjoying themselves on the online portal. I’d definitely recommend this nursery.

We couldn't be happier with Little Elms. Our son has been attending since he was 14 months old and, though he is quite a shy little boy at times, the staff were so incredible warm and welcoming; he always felt reassured with them and the staff couldn't do enough to make him feel happy. I can't recommend Little Elms enough to any prospective families. The staff there really do seem to genuinely care for and love the little ones in their care. They are always so cheerful and playful with the little ones and the management team are very professional, responsive and really do care about the whole family. The facilities are also great with a variety of outdoor spaces for children of different age groups to play in. 10/10!

My son has been attending Little Elms now for 6 months and we are very happy about the nursery. He attends the pre-school room and the staff there seem to really like and care for the children, which in my point of view is the most important thing as you want your child to have a positive relationship with the staff, this emotional connection is great for a child's development. My son has been developing well and started learning phonetics at nursery. It has been a very strange year with COVID affecting all our lives and I need to say that the staff (everyone from the kitchen chef to management) at nursery have been amazing working throughout this whole crisis and deserve a lot of recognition for it. If I was to mention a negative point, is that I feel sometimes we are promised reports that are delivered with quite a lot of delay (which is strange, as the deadlines are setup by the nursery itself).

Our son has been attending Little Elms for around 18 months now, starting at 2 days a week and recently increasing to 4 days. He absolutely loves it. The team are wonderful - very caring and full of fun. They've been brilliant through COVID at keeping the children, team and parents safe whilst making things as normal as possible for the kids.

We started at another local nursery (little pumpkins) which ill just say wasn't for us, we were on the waiting list for little elms so our son started at about 7months. We started with 2 days a week and went up to 3 and our son settled well. There wasn't a massive turnover in the beginning but seemed to get higher towards the end of our time here. The staff were mostly professional, polite and reliable though during our time we had some issue with a couple individuals, that being said we had a few exceptional key workers/staff which made our sons time here so worthwhile. We sometimes felt our son was being pushed to the next class up too soon and on one occasion when we had explicitly asked him not to be moved (the age group felt too advanced for him) they were already introducing him to the new room which i can say was his unhappiest time in this establishment, once we had a word that was stopped for a while. I understand this is a business but should not forget its the children who are your customers and if they are not happy parents won't be either. As my son got to the preschool stage the staff seemed to become younger and possibly less experienced which lead to a few unnecessary scrapes, bumps and lumps which could have been preempted and avoided but we had a fab key worker here and he still talks about her now. Management was sometimes hit and miss and on occasion we felt concerns were falling on deaf ears but in general communication was good. All in all we were at this nursery for c.4yrs and overall happy with it, food was varied and the chef excellent, facilities/ activities were good, help with potty training and they also have an online system they upload progress too with videos/photos so my son was mostly happy which is all any parent could want. Little elms are not the cheapest but far exceed a lot of other nurserys in the area I would say. Rightly or wrongly I sometimes judge a place by the parents I meet before I even see how my child will take to a place and the calibre was high here, my son has since moved to school and we are still in contact with them as a few socials were organised which is always nice. Overall a good nursery.Thank you.

My son was at Little Elms Lee for 3 years and he is now due to attend school next month. He spent a year in the Bluebirds room, a year in the Robins room and then a year in the pre-school. His experience there has been faultless - the staff have loved and cared for him as though he was their own. He has grown to be a kind and confident individual. His experience in Robins and the pre school was especially wonderful. In Robins he received great support with potty training and his speech really improved, we adored his key worker Audrey. In preschool he was well prepared for school and the preschool teacher Alicia is a native Spanish speaker and she teaches the children spanish in such an enthusiastic and natural way. I would recommend Little Elms to anyone. The downsides I would say is the cost - but I guess you get what you pay for. Staff turnover seems to be low, and the facilities are great. But I would say in the 3 years our son has been there fees have increased by around a 3rd, which is hard to manage each year when the fees increase.

Our daughter went to Little Elms for a year before starting school. She was in the pre school room. We couldn’t be happier with the care she received at Little Elms. The staff are fabulous, they really care about the children and ensure that it is a fun and engaging environment. I think the space they have is perfect with a great outdoor area and a computer room with smart board for learning sessions. Our daughter didn’t want to leave and still misses the staff.

My twin boys attend Little Elms Lee in the Bluebirds room. We are very happy with the service they provide. The staff in Bluebirds have been very loving, friendly and hands on with the boys. They make dropping off and picking up an ease as they are always so happy and welcoming. The other staff I may see around the building when I drop off or pick up are always very smiley and friendly. The times that Little Elms offers works perfectly well for me as it allows me to drop off and pick the boys up. It has only been a short time since the boys have been at little Elms, however to my wife and I, it feels like a long time, its almost like its a home away from home feel. They are very reliable and can always find a way to help you if you needed an extra session here and there if they have it, you will have it. Overall our experience at Little Elms so far has been a great one.

Would highly recommend. It took a little while for my daughter to settle in but the staff were great throughout and she has now built up a real bond with them. She goes in smiling every morning and can't wait to play, this makes me so happy. The facilities are great, staff really friendly and have handled the rules in place because of covid fantastically. Communication with staff and parents is great and you get updates verbally, written and online, so resources for parents are excellent. My Daughter is currently in the bluebirds room.

I looked at 3 nurseries in the area and this was by far the best. So glad I sent my little girl there as the staff are so friendly and you can tell they love children. I haven’t seen the inside because of COVID but by what she tells me the facilities sound excellent and she loves the garden. Also she really enjoys the food.

After viewing 3 nurseries and not seeing one that I liked I went to view the nursery in Greenwich I met with Lorraine and she was so helpful and friendly. She was very professional and explained everything to me. I left there very impressed, I will definitely be sending my son here.
