Excellent rehoming centre! The manageress especially is fantastic & has the animals welfare at heart! All the of the staff are friendly helpful and always do their best to help in anyway they can! Keep up the good work guys

Friendly and helpful staff, clearly all love animals! Big hearted people, who want to help as many animals as possible. Clean, safe, hygienic and well looked after areas. Parking available onsite. Easy to get to and sign clearly labeled. Animals look happy, large kennels with a hidden area for privacy/warmth. All have toys, water and food available.

Went to visit for advice, lady there helped, but seemed to want me out the way as quickly as possible, even though there was no-one else waiting there. Bit of a pain when it's a 36 mile round trip, a little bit of courtesy goes a long way.

Lovely place that does excellent work. I've been taking mine and Mum's old bedding, towels etc here for years for the animals. Also I've won some lovely things in their online auctions, a fraction of the cost and all monies goes to helping the rescue. Friendly, helpful staff also ❤️

They take your unwanted bedsheets and duvets. You have to drop them off yourself which they inform you on the phone.

All the staff are very friendly and informative about all the cats and dogs they have ready for adoption. You leave your car keys with Reception if you wish to take a dog for a walk. Just watch in the field opposite, as most of the dogs try and eat the sheep pooh!! Not ready to adopt? They also are looking out for foster homes.

Very caring people that look after the poor pets that many don't want or can't have. The vet there is much cheaper than the others elsewhere. Definitely reccommend them. Worth every help they can get.

People in this place definitely care about the animals there. I'm very glad that from dec 1st public access will be restricted to only appointments for the welfare of the animals there to avoid unnecessary stress. If you're looking for s dog or a cat go check them out and give a rescued animal a home :)

Very helpful and caring staff here. The animals are well looked after and have plenty of space and exercise. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a dog here but the receptionist gave some very helpful suggestions for other dogs homes in the area.

The RSPCA are of course doing a great thing wherever they are and all their locations are fab. Animals are well taken care of an information about animals is extensive and there are always staff around if you need to ask for further information about anything. The only downside to this particular location is the parking! There just isn't enough of it and we have even got blocked in here before!

It is like the NHS under rated over stretched yet they do an amazing job and carry on regardless because they are true guardians for the many homeless animals that are abandoned and miss treated . Thank goodness for the RSPCA !

This place is deserving of any support you can give it. Caring for unhomed dogs and cats, the RSPCA is a great place to visit even if you are not intending to buy. The animals are only too pleased of the company.

Cannot fault the work that these guys do. Since the Coventry branch of Yourvets had an unfortunate roofing incident last year, they have set up a temporary room here. They are still providing the necessary care by appointment only, but still trooping on. Apparently the Coventry branch will reopen eventually, but they don't know when.

Not able to view the animals without making a prior appointment to view specific animals and website points to centre in Leicester and is not generally not up to date we have found, recently looking for two rescue cats has proved almost impossible.

Car park needs sorting need separate car park for all the staff / volunteers . Cant get in when bringing animals to the Vet .. Can't be veterinary clients as I'm normally the only one there !!!
