Extremely efficient. PCR results and certificate within 2 hours. Staff were lovely, tester was gentle and considerate. Yes, it's expensive, but less so than some others. Based on some poor reviews I had booked a second test with a different provider just in case I didn't get the result in time. Wish I hadn't bothered.

My wife and I booked our rapid antigen tests here for our travel back home, everything was extremely simple and very efficient. Shout out to Nicole who did my swab! We got our results in about 20 minutes.

I have not been for tests yet, for my whole family, however I have been trying to get in touch to make some changes on the booking from PCR to antigen and it was impossible to find a phone number or get a reply to my enquiry online (which I sent over a week ago). I am really worried now with all the bad reviews I see online! After this worry, my experience was excellent. I was able to change my booking. Staff were friendly and very professional! Highly recommended!

I was slightly nervous using Randox due to some of the negative reviews however my experience could not have been more positive. Checking in and having the PCR test done was very straightforward, the staff were really pleasant. I had the result within 3 hours.

We visited Edinburgh during December 2021 when testing for Covid was something you had to do leaving your country and then arriving in Scotland as well. I spent weeks looking for different options online before we flew, and finally one day Randox came up in a search on Google and I was so happy that it was a walk-in facility. It was very easy to book and pay online. We showed up at our appointment time, they were quick to take us in, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the response came back within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company for anyone traveling from the US to Edinburgh. The location is easy to find, it’s just off Princes Street next to Five Guys burgers and fries. SEE PHOTO FOR DISCOUNT CODES (these were usable as of January 2022 not sure if they still will be when you’re reading this)
