The log in to book a test for the UK passenger locator form has a serious issue! One need to complete the country one is travelling from on the form to book the test but the drop down list of countries will not move beyond “C” and will not allow one to manually type in the country. Therefore, impossible to book a test and get a reference number for the passenger locator form. The telephone number on bio group’s website does not work. I filled in a “contact us” form but had no response. All highly unsatisfactory.

Very good experience in this laboratory where I was able to make an appointment very simply and where I met attentive people when I had to cancel my appointment, and I was reimbursed. Overall, a very good experience!

Location is convenient, it has work for my family. We travel frequently. We have use it several times and we get the results on time. They have a reasonable price, but if price is your thing, there are cheaper places.

Booked an appointment for 8:30am, only to be told I have to queue alongside 20 some people, because "today" is first arrived first served...😑🤷‍♀️... The website should reflect that...

Biogroup delivered what they promised. I bought day 2 and 8 in-clinic package as well as TTR Day 5 same day results. The in-clinic process was very smooth as it only took me few minutes. The attendant who took my swab was very gentle and it didn’t hurt at all. Day 2 results came the next day which is fine. Day 5 resulst came in 8 hours after taking the swab. I recommend their service.
