Arrived around 25 minutes early for my appointment but the gentleman & lady I saw at the front booths were amazing and allowed me to be seen straight away. Once in the booth the young lady that carried out the test was nothing but professional. Great service which I will be using again. 5* no complaints.

Very excellent and quick service, located within short distance from the arrival exit. Staffs were friendly. Result for Day 2 rapid lateral flow test coming less than an hour through email.

My husband & I pre-booked a slot on arrival from France due to new travel restrictions. We were 2 hours early and the gentleman was so accommodating and we were seen to straight away. Very well set out, loads of staff and my gentleman was very professional. First time we have had the throat done. Quick, effortless and easy. We got an email that night to say test was at the Lab. At 3am our results were in , so no self isolation. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service. So impressed with how this test centre is run and organised. Had appointment booked for today at 3.10pm. My flight landed early and I got there at 2pm, so I chanced and asked if I could be seen to early. Not a problem, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Some had been there since 7am and still managed to maintain a fantastic attitude. Recieved negative results via email at 9.30pm. Well done guys! Definitely recommend 👍👍

We did not know that we had to do PCR for visiting Florida until we got to baggage check in area. We were told to do PCR test at 9.20am and our flight was at 12.15pm. We paid for fast track. David the manager and his Asian colleague sorry don’t know his name we’re absolutely an asset to Randox. David was so professional, caring and truly a gentleman. He gave us top class service and ensured all our questions were answered and constantly chased up the results. Otherwise we would have missed the flight. Thank you David and the other Asian lad you were so kind. We travelled on Wednesday 25th May 2022

Easy to find. Quick results. I traveled with two kids and arrived in Terminal 1. I walked over to Terminal 2 via the covered walk walkway. The test centre is in arrivals of terminal 2. There were several booths to check us in to our appointments. They gave each of us a test sample kit after registering it (the staff member scans the code for you). On registration, randox sends you an email for each kit. Then we took the kits to the testing area. In our case there was no one waiting, so we went in quickly. My 11 year old chose to go by themself with the testing staff member. My 7 year old stayed with me. We were offered the chance for both children to be accompanied by me. The staff members was great and reassuring for my children. I arrived at our appointment 50 minutes before the booked time. We went through the procedure and were out again 35 minutes before my reserved time! Great! Three hours later I received emails confirming that the samples had arrived at the laboratory. 10 hours after doing the tests we received emails confirming the results! Great service.

Good service. Booked a PCR test before arriving in the airport and waited aprox. 15 minutes to confirm booking and get tested. There were 3 people registering and admiting people and other 3 or even more who were taking the swabs. So the queues were manageable. I've received the result in the same time day around 10pm (got tested at 2pm).

Super effective, arrived just before they closed at 6:55pm. Went straight in, everyone was so professional and friendly. We went home to isolate, woke up in the morning and the results had already come in. They even emailed us to say our tests were in the lab that evening which was reassuring. Thank you Randox! (Shame they are so pricey in UK though!)

A very good Coronavirus testing facility conveniently located at terminal 2 of Manchester Airport, tests easy to book online, no waiting times (they even take you on earlier than your appointment if there's not much going on!), and very friendly staff. Done in no time, and it didn't hurt at all!

Place is easy to find. Just next to the Manchester T2 arrival H area site. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Due to another clinic’s mistake I needed to book another PCR test urgently. I booked a PCR same day result(1-3 hours) for £80 and got the result in 2.5 hours! Which is amazing! It’s cheaper than so many other clinics near Manchester City. Many thanks to your help today🙏🏼🙏🏼

I was attended to by a helpful young man but the walk through is not exactly that. You rush in and then you are told to make an online booking. PCR tests are not readily available. The lady, the one in a hijab, was very efficient and friendly. I guess they need more resources, space and kits.

This simple set up on ground floor of T-2 in Manchester Airport does the job. I write this review to express appreciation for nurse practitioner Esther who gave me the gentlest most painless rapid antigen test I have had of many in various places - Paris, Brooklyn and London. I am also grateful for young woman at payment center who came out from her cubicle to help me set up a test on my cell. I also appreciate Leah Warnock in Customer Service who ensured a refund of a test I signed up for that the Passenger Locator Form repeatedly disallowed. I was only in the UK 2 nights and forced to pay for 2-day Lateral Flow in order for the Passenger Locator from to be completed. I could not take said test because what was actually required was the Pre-departure Rapid Antigen Test. I want to be reimbursed for a test I did not take. I will attest to the illogical nonsensical demands on Passenger Locator Form with Trust Pilot. One of least intelligent manifestations of covid chaos experienced by this writer.

Good ,,, So Handy to have at arrival's pick it up wait for pickup or Taxie straight home , Done , no messing , dropped it off at local chemist , got Negative Results next morning all went well , only issue was not clearly signed when you come out of arrivals doors not clear where we had to go wasn't very good signs around to say where to go Other than that we found it when we went out side , and went OK, more signs at arrivals doors would help x
