I can Highly recommended Alison Howlett from Bloods4you. She has excellent customer service. She send me an appointment to take my blood for a test really quick. She came over and took my blood in full PPE. She was so gentle with taking my blood and was really professional. It was over in few minutes. I didn't realise that you could have blood tests done in the comfort of your own home until I found Alison! What an absolutely wonderful lady this is, she put me at ease straight away as I have a big phobia for blood and needles, not a great problem to have when you need blood taken! She was so professional and knew exactly how to handle my anxiety. I highly recommend Alison, she was upfront of the costs of the mileage as I was outside of her catchment area. After requiring a high quality blood test I looked into private blood tests. After finding the website, I then had a very informative online chat on a Saturday night about the tests I required. This then led to setting up to an appointment at Alisons house for the test. But then on the day of the test Alison kindly agreed to change the appointment and come to my house to carry out the test to fit in with my work schedule. I was feeling pretty unwell, & couldn’t get into my GP practice for at least a week! I came across Bloods4you online & gave them a call. I spoke with a lady called Alison, who was very friendly & bubbly on the phone, Alison came to my home on the same evening at 7:30pm! Alison makes you feel very comfortable & relaxed, as I’m petrified of needles!! The whole process was completed within 10 mins, I didn’t even feel the needle in my arm, plus I didn’t realise, the blood test had been completed, as we were both talking! You can find Alison most of the hours of the day, she is coming into your home or work and comes back after one or two days with most types of results. The lab she is cooperating can do all types of tests, even the most special ones, foe example everything that has to do with pregnancy, chromosomes, etc. She is a very kind person, makes you feel comfortable and very capable phlebotomist. Regarding prices; I could not find a cheaper laboratory. I am fully satisfied and totally recommend her to all!!
