I am writing to acknowledge what an excellent job the team at Aaron Fencing did this week on fixing a fence that had been badly bodged by another company. I called Aaron Fencing, left a message describing the state of the fence that had been erected by the other company and was called back a short time later by Denise in the office, who arranged for Rob the owner of Aaron Fencing to come and assess the damage and give me a quote to rectify the fence. Rob arrived the following morning at the agreed time, he was professional, polite and reassured me that his team could rectify the mess with minimal fuss. A competitive price was agreed and a cancelation meant the work could be completed the following day. The two builders Chris and Chris, arrived the following morning and proved to be honest, polite, professional, hard working tradesmen that basically dismantled the mess that had been erected and started again. The results are fantastic, a perfect job and they even went the extra mile and created a bespoke fence panel to blend the old fence with the new. Nothing was to much hassle and everything was explained to me prior to commencing the work. Chris and Chris then reviewed the work with me once complete to make sure that I was happy with end result, perfect customer service! This morning I then received another courtesy call from Denise in the office to make sure that I was happy with all the work that had been carried out. I can not praise the whole team highly enough, from Denise in the office, to Rob the owner and especially to Chris and Chris the tradesmen, thank you for a great job. I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended your company to family and friends. Many thanks Rob

As to the gates, they are of exceptional quality really well made and fitted by by tradesmen who care about what they do, they even cleared up, leveling soil in borders removing excess and all rubbish leaving the whole area clean and ready to use. It is always a bit traumatic having people in to work on one's home, wonderful to have people in who obviously respect our property and the job they do. The fencing is also outstanding, sloping perfectly to the front of our garden with sturdy posts supporting everything. Again the quality shows (no flimsy garden centre panels here), looks as though it will last for ever and blends in well with the new gates to make what was a very sad, scruffy area of our garden now Pristine. Thank you for getting the manufacture and installation completed as quickly as you did, I imaging some gentle pressure was needed there.
