M. O.Excellent customer service. Was looking to buy new lawnmower, spoke to Noel who guided me through best choices to suit my needs. He patiently listened and answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond to arrange a speedy delivery. Lawnmower was delivered fully built, with oil and petrol all ready to go.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Cyril Johnston &Co. They offer a high level of customer service very rarely seen these days.
A. M.Bought petrol lawnmower 2 weeks ago didn't suit us, took back today upgraded to select speed one, the guy couldn't have been nicer an must helpful nothing was a problem to him. I would highly recommend this place to buy an garden equipment. Service was amazing!

J. E.My wife placed an online order for a ride on Mount field mower on the evening of 7/9/2020. She received a phonecall just after 9am on 8/9/2020 from Cyril Johnston. the gent explained that the one ordered was no longer in stock but to avoid disappointment they were upgrading the order to the next grade up which was £300 more and they were not charging a penny for the upgrade. The machine arrived today 10/9/2020. How good is that for service? Restores our faith in human nature. Thank you so much. Fantastic company.

M. C.Great company and great after sales service. I bought a Tiger lawnmower from them through Amazon in 2017. The self propel function stopped working and because it was outside warranty, I decided to take it to my local lawnmower repair shop. My local lawnmower shop did not want to work on it as it did not recognize the brand but Noel at Cyril Johnston was very helpful and after several e-mail back and forth I managed to repair it myself with his guidance.
