Recently moved to a house where the front and back garden were overgrown with out of control trees. Treescapes NI sent 3 men. They arrived on time and were set up and working quickly. Very professional, three large ash trees taken down. Rotten inside and with heavy lean in the opposite direction to felling. The team worked well, efficiently and very friendly. Fantastic service all round. First engagement with Taylan (business owner) to come and review the work required ( 8 trees of different size and density), offering expert advice and understanding what we were looking to achieve rounded off with a very fair price and honest timescale to be able to carry out the works. Second engagement with one of the crews - 'Fearless' Andy and his mate Gary. Andy worked his way (safely) through the trees like a monkey at the zoo, cutting and snipping in all the right places to give an even better result than we had envisaged. All in no time at all really (compared to me having a go at just the lower levels of one of the trees) Tidy up was exceptional....a lot of cuttings superbly swept away and the larger branches all shredded. If ever there was a service worth paying for...this is it for sure. And the reasonable pricing by Treescapes NI ensures they'll be back here when needed for sure. We have not once had a complaint about our service and when we ask any questions about the work completed, the owner is very knowledgeable. We have quite a large mature garden, but when pricing their hedge cutting service recently against another company, they were very competitive. But for the service, I would have been prepared to pay a little extra.

Following a recommendation from a friend I asked Treescapes NI to carry out significant work in my garden on more than one occasion and I can safely say they did a wonderful job yet again this week. Professional, punctual, friendly and efficient is the best way to best describe the team of three that came to my home: Shane, Martin and Mat. They arrived right on schedule and had the job completed in record time...and to an extremely high standard. Before they started their work they listened to what I needed and what my concerns were (recently had artificial grass laid/neighbours foliage overhang in garden) and they adapted their work to this easily. I recently asked Tynan Shane and the crew to manage some conifer trees I had in my garden which I had allowed to grow too high and had become unmanageable. One fell recently during the violent storms and damaged a neighbours car which I have now had repaired at my own cost.bottom line ,if your are reading these reviews then you must be considering trimming or removing your trees. i cannot recommend this company more highly, we had two very large conifers blown down in the last gales. These had been due to be cut down just a week later by Treescapes. I telephoned them immediately and within 24 hours they were there assessing the damage and in no time not only were the fallen trees removed but also a leylandii hedge which had been damaged plus two further trees broken by the fallen trees. The men were helpful, obliging and extremely good at their work . The site was cleared and the garden restored to some kind of normality. I cannot speak more highly of them.

We used Taylan's firm recently for the second time. The first time he removed a large fallen tree and the second time his workers cut down a row of pines which were causing problems. He always seems to have a lot of work on so you may have to wait a while to get the job done. He will however give you a price right away. Treescapes have completed work at my home twice for me - I would not use any other company. Taylan and his guys are exceptionally professional, courteous, friendly and tidy. They are competitively priced, arrived on time, worked safely and steadily and in addition to taking down the tree and cutting the branches into manageable rings ready for chopping into firewood, they shredded the smaller branches with their machine and left us with a beautiful pile of mulch for the garden (I asked then to leave this - if I hadn't had room for it they would have disposed of it for me). They also shimmied up a nearby tree and attached ropes to a branch so I could attach a swing! The site was left tidy, neat and I now have so much more light coming in where once it was in shade. I will now plant a couple of young trees to replace the mature chestnut that was felled (it was growing very close to the house). A big thanks to Taylan and his crew - highly recommended!
