5* Review We're both SO happy to have found 'Edge to Edge' and the Company owner and Project Manager 'Lewis'. From his very first visit we could tell that he was totally invested in our vision. He immediately came up with a brilliant idea on how to deal with our difficult, sloping and previously unusable area. Offering up ideas to us for a 'dream patio project' that we totally loved! He also found ways around a tricky access route for the mini digger, plus he accommodated the fact that we didn't want a skip on our fairly new drive. Although it took longer than first intended (due to a change of plan) our patio has turned out even better than we could have ever imagined. We've now got the most amazing, sociable seating area, a gorgeous cladded retaining wall* and planting beds. Add to this that Lewis is the most honest, decent and lovely guy, who's only happy if the client is and you can't go wrong. No wonder that his company is ranked so highly. Having been let down by other landscaping companies we contacted Lewis from Edge to Edge. After reading his company reviews we had high expectations and were not disappointed. Lewis arrived on time to quote for the work we wanted carrying out and was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with suggestions of his own about what was possible. We agreed a start date and his team of Matt & Chris arrived on time and were raring to get started. We had a basic sketch of what we wanted and with their input and skills we believe we have achieved something to be very proud of. Their standard of work is second to none, the attention to detail, their cleanliness was beyond reproach, nothing seemed to much for these guys. It sounds like something from a romance novel but I say they are dream makers, they really can turn your ideas into reality. Briefly our landscaping project involved removing an old patio and releveling the ground to lay a new one. This sounds simply enough but in fact involved removing a considerable amount of soil, old patio slabs, miscellaneous concrete bases and building a retaining wall. Our garden was suffering from excess soil and a multilevel patio that was badly laid out. As you should do, we tried to obtain three quotes, but having had five ‘landscape gardening companies’ visit, the result was only one partial quotation and rest didn’t even come back to us! The problem I guess was the considerable amount of soil and other material that had to be removed, probably in the order of 100 tonnes. In the summer of 2016 Lewis and his team had already done some fencing for us and subject to other work had said he would come back to us in October. True to his word he came back and gave us a quote to do the complete project. The work started on November the 18th and was completed on the 23rd of December following an exceptionally mild start to the winter. Completing the amount of work involved and erecting a further 27metres of fencing is a credit to Lewis and his team. We are extremely pleased with the result, because we now have a decent size patio and new lawn that is pleasure to look at. All Lewis’s team worked very hard to complete the work knowing that the weather could have deteriorated to the point that cold would have slowed or even stopped the project. To date we have only had a couple of minor problems, one of which has already been resolved and the other I am sure will be dealt with soon. I would definitely recommend Lewis and his team for taking on our project and completing it in a professional way.

After getting 4 quotes for the work that was required to bring our garden up to scratch, Lewis and his team were helpful, and explained all the different possibilities that was available to us with the different materials, so it was a no brainer to give him the job. All the things that most firms I've hired in the past failed to live up to. I hired Lewis & his dedicated team to replace our front drive about a week ago after getting several quotes. His quote wasn't the cheapest but he seemed to understand our requirement well so we engaged his services. True to his word he & his pleasant team of artisans arrived at 7.30am daily, put in a hard day's graft & left the work site tidy at the end of each day before I arrived home from work unlike previous companies I'd used for other construction jobs on our home. The drive was finished on time and looks great, so it wasn't a difficult decision to use Edge to Edge again to replace all our back fencing and lay a new patio which like the front drive has been completed to the highest of standards and made our garden a much more usable space. When we needed to make minor changes to the planned work Lewis was kind enough to only charge for the materials and not the additional man hours. It goes without saying I would gladly recommend Edge to Edge to anyone looking for a team of landscapers you can trust to get the job done right, on time & at a reasonable price... Edge to Edge garden services are more than just outstanding! They are definitely the best in the UK and I'd go so far as to say the World!!! Nope I'm not exaggerating :-)) Lewis came round and quoted us immediately for the landscaping we wanted. We had been expecting a really exorbitant quote but lewis measured up all our requirements for our garden and then that night emailed us the quote which was so reasonable that we were certain he must be mistaken. For the work that was required, which was immense given how much we needed doing, lewis had provided not only a quote we could actually afford but had been at pains to accommodate all our wishes for the finished look. The guys arrived on the very day they said they would and this was do when we had the Snowmageddon and the whole of the UK was blanketed in snow. Not only did they arrive promptly at 8am but they worked solidly through the whole day and it was difficult to even get them to stop for a much needed cup of tea. Warm in the house we were overcome with pangs of guilt watching them work in such horrendous conditions where the snow was falling thick and fast and we were freezing inside so god only knows how cold they must have been. Yet through an entire week of such conditions these guys never stopped. The terminator has nothing on them!!!! The lads were here every morning for nearly two whole weeks at 7.30 am and wouldn't finish until late evening and at no point regardless of the adverse weather conditions, did they do anything less than an exemplary job. Our garden looks amazing, we absolutely love it and it is all thanks to Lewis and his amazing, fantastic, professional, thoroughly decent and really really really lovely team!!! We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful work and miraculous transformation they have carried out on our back garden and we still have our front garden to do so will most certainly be using their fantastic service again. I can 100 percent wholeheartedly recommend Lewis and his wonderful chaps to everyone and I will urge anyone looking to having there garden done, whether it's a big or small job, please please call Lewis because I don't think you'll get a more professional, nicer, lovelier, hardworking and perfect bunch of guys than these. We needed to have our fence replaced in the past we have had wooden posts but this time we decided to have concrete posts. Edge To Edge transformed our slightly sloping badly turfed garden into a two-level, low maintenance, garden with artificial lawn and 50ft patio edged with raised sleeper planters. We could not be happier with the job. The lads worked really hard, and were real perfectionists, even suggesting raising our old shed base slightly to line up with the new lawn, and relaying the existing side entry path to bring it up an inch to the same level as the new patio. So much extra work went in, that we hadn't even thought of, and all at the original agreed price. Highly recommended.

I needed two fence panels replacing but also replacing the wooden posts with concrete ones and adding gravel boards. Lewis and his team completed this in a day and it all looks lovely and will last for a long time. They also removed an out of control tree and removed the ivy growing up the walls. Will definitely use their services again and happy to recommend to friends and family. I feel I need to comment on one of the previous reveiws stating that they are cowboys. This is certainly not the experience I had with them and as the person in question hadn't used them themselves but still pointed out that the work carried out seemed ok, I do not think that using such a derogatory phrase as cowboys is justified, and can only presume that we have a keyboard warrior on our hands. I was assured that if I had any concerns or problems, they would be more than happy to help, all I need do was call, maybe this person could of done the same thing?

When I rang Lewis I desperately needed a new Fence ASAP.... We had a thick hedge before and. My Dog had escaped through it... So it was very urgent.... Couldn't loose the dogs out in case they got out again... He measured up Friday and promised the knob would be done the very next Monday and Tuesday... True to his word...
