After 7 years of living in our property we had neglected the garden and it was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Terry was professional from the offset. He listened to our requirements and then provided us with a competitive quote, offering his knowledge and guidance where necessary. Terry managed to meet all of our expectations and even though we were on a tight budget we still managed to have our fences replaced, a shed base installed along with our main priority - artificial grass. When deciding on artificial grass and paving Terry provided us with samples, saving us a lot of time and hassle. We can't thank and recommend Waller & Sons Property Services enough for giving us the garden we have been longing for!

We moved into our property this time last year, and whilst the garden was well established, it’s safe to say it wasn’t toddler friendly in the slightest. We gave Terry a call to come and help us out. It’s a large garden, so was a big ask. He came over, took all the measurements and chatted to us about what we wanted from this space. Within a week, we had a fully landscaped new garden design, which we all discussed at length and Terry made any changes we wanted (of which there weren’t many as the design was gorgeous) without any fuss at all, including bringing samples of different grass, paving etc....so we could compare & decide what we wanted! Once we had agreed on design and cost, Terry booked us in and work stated in September. Due to the size of the garden, we knew it would take a while, but it felt like no time at all in the end! Terry was so so professional and his attention to detail is phenomenal, meaning we ended up with an absolutely perfect garden, which our son now spends most of his time in!! Of course, there were bumps in the road once things like patios were being removed, but we were consulted every step of the way & no decision was made without our agreement. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Terry highly enough. Our garden is stunning, and everyone who comes over says so too. Thank you. We wouldn’t choose anyone else for our garden work now!

Very happy with Terry’s work in my back garden. He totally transformed what was a very tired/ neglected garden. Mixture of new paving, new lawn and flower beds. All done to a very high standard. Terry was full of ideas/ knowledge as to how to change my garden. Not only a great price, but Terry couldn’t of worked any harder. Was here early, and left late, every day. Would 100% use again.

I used Waller & Sons to neaten up my front garden. Terry was really knowledgeable and more then happy to give me the best advice on what is best for it & how it should be kept. Completed the work exactly how I wanted & was very neat & tidy. Really happy with the job & really happy with the price. Would highly recommend & would use again :D
