I cannot rave enough about this directory service as well as Jeff himself as a person, firstly the directory does exactly what it says on the tin... designed to only recommend genuinely reputable, trust worthy businesses and this it does... and well ! secondly the creator of the Garniche Directory is a really nice guy, hands on capable as well as techno savvy.
